One of my choice hotel when i travel to Guangzhou. Value for money. Staff is helpful and courteous. As now is winter time. Window is open and outside is a little noisy for light sleeper. Showers / toilet is seperated. Shower area no way to hang clothing/ towel which will be a little inconvenient. Overall is thumb up!

We booked the family suite room for two nights. We found a cigarette butt in the shower room and also the basin is cracked. The tiles floor was defective, the hotel just covered it with a towel to pretend the floor is alright. At night, we are not able to sleep as the room is full of cigarette smell. We complained to the reception but was told because we didn’t request for smoke free condition therefore the hotel did not make any arrangement to clean the air. This is unreasonable as it is a basic requirement of the hotel to make all necessary cleaning arrangement regardless whether the guest is a smoker or not. We believe this is something need to be improved. Be that as it may, we are very grateful for the receptionist’s assistance in helping to search for a cable.

The room was quite clean. The front desk lady was very welcoming. Since I went to Yuexiu Park during the day and didn't get back in time, the front desk lady was considerate enough to extend my check-out time. I was very satisfied.
