The hotel is new therefore generally it’s clean. The swimming pool was small, and the cafe of the 2nd floor was too hot because they didn’t turn the air conditioner on.

Excellent stay with family for one night. My check in was 3 pm but we arrived around 12 noon still they checked us in. They also allowed free stay and meals for my daughter, although my booking was for only two adults. The hospitality of all staff was very friendly and the food and rooms were great. I would definitely recommend this place as an exotic and friendly stay.

Overall it was good, especially during the Spring Festival there was a fireworks show in the park, which was especially worth it. There are many beautiful places in the Garden Expo Park, some of which look like planets in Alien. What needs to be complained is that there were too many people during the Spring Festival, and we had to wait until after 5 pm to check in. The quality of the breakfast was average, but the environment was good.

The room hygiene and service have been improved this time. However, we brought a 10-year-old child, and the slippers provided were basically for 2-3-year-old children. The breakfast has few varieties and the quality is lower than the overall effect of a five-star hotel. The flaws do not outweigh the merits, and it is excellent overall.

The room is quiet and the facilities are very good. It is right in the Garden Expo Park and very close to the Suyun Thirteen Gardens. The hotel reception service is warm and thoughtful, and the tea-making service arranged by the stove is also a good experience

The room was very clean and the service attitude was very good! This is not the first time I came to the Garden Expo Park, but this time it was winter and not on weekends, so it was quite deserted and there was nothing to visit in the park. It would be more interesting to come in other seasons! The hotel is still very good!

The hotel design is very fashionable, and every staff member I met was very warm and polite. Whether it was the uncle who guided the parking at the door or the aunt at the fitness center, they would introduce patiently. Check-in happened to be the fireworks show of the Garden Expo Park, and there were many questions. The lady at the front desk also answered them very carefully. When checking out, the hotel-themed chocolates were given, and the children were very happy.

The hotel's environment is quiet and relaxing, perfect for a vacation. The guest rooms have a strong sense of design and complete facilities. The bedding is of high quality, feels delicate and soft, clean and skin-friendly, greatly improving the quality of sleep. Fully automatic smart toilets, bathtubs, and branded showerheads greatly enhance the comfort of our stay. The small balcony facing the garden allows us to breathe fresh air and relax. The service provided by the front desk receptionist, restaurant waiters, and housekeeping cleaners was proactive, enthusiastic, and thoughtful, which made us feel full of sincerity. This is a great place for vacation.

Exceeded expectations, a beautiful hotel with a sense of design. The service is like a spring breeze. The hot spring is clean and comfortable. Overall very satisfied. I will go again. The breakfast is not very large, but it is very delicate. I think it is quite good.

Ctrip's package is very cost-effective. It upgraded the garden view room and changed the original surrounding package to a small train ticket, haha, just what I wanted. The hotel facilities, hygiene and services are OK. The battery car can be sent to the cable car station and the park shuttle station, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also good. It looks like a small place, but the variety is quite complete, with freshly squeezed juice. A very pleasant journey

The hotel is in a good location, just on the hill opposite the Mirror Square. The rooms are all single-family designs, which are relatively quiet. The Chinese garden in the hotel is also nice. Compared with other hotels in the Garden Expo Park, it is a hotel with a better environment. The rooms and corridors are relatively clean. The front desk lady is gentle and beautiful, and she also upgraded the room type. The disposable comb in the room is of poor quality and almost scratched my scalp. It is strongly recommended to change it! The air conditioning heating effect is not very good, and it is a bit noisy when running. Afternoon tea must be booked in advance, because I saw it on the day of check-in and didn't eat it. The overall experience is good. Next time I want to take a hot spring bath, I will choose Indigo again. The full score is for the lady.

The service is really good. All aspects are well taken care of. Especially in the park, the hotel will have a shuttle bus to take you to the designated location. The room is also very clean and tidy. It is worth calming down and experiencing it. It is really great to come for a vacation! It is highly recommended!

This is my second time staying at Hotel Indigo Nanjing. Although it is a bit far from the city, I like the design style of Hotel Indigo. There are not many businesses around, which is suitable for rest and vacation. Thanks to the front desk for upgrading the room. The staff in all departments of the hotel are easy-going. The breakfast restaurant has few categories but exquisite. A bowl of noodles and a bowl of Jinling wontons in the winter morning are very warm. Freshly squeezed juice and good coffee.
