Best hotel with a clean facility and rooms. All staffs are nice and kind. I will absolutely visit again when I trip to GZ again.

Hotel locates in prime location! Easy access to malls! Room is spacious! Clean & tidy! Not much choice for breakfast during CNY! Good enough to start a great morning & enjoy a simple meal!

The hotel is very nice and big. Huge lobby. Location is not really near anything special. There is a Wanda Plaza about 10 minutes away by walking. The room is very big and comfortable. Large bathroom is nice. I have stayed here several times over several years. My only complain is the room service options. In 2016 I ordered a sandwich on the menu. It was super delicious. I have tried to order the sandwich (still on the menu) for the last 6 years and been rejected 6 more times. Every time we call room service they just have rice or noodles.

The room is very nice. The whole hotel smells good. It should have been renovated. It feels new. The parent-child room has a bathtub. The TV is a regular model and cannot connect to the Wi-Fi projection. You can consider canceling the 300 yuan housing deposit. Hahaha

I was on a business trip nearby and it was recommended by a friend. I felt it was pretty good after staying there.

Very satisfied with the stay experience, great lobby, great environment, especially the front desk Linlin's service is super super super good!!!! Check-in is fast, the room facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable, very good!

The restaurant service is poor, they need to learn more from the big hotels. They don't allow to bring coffee in a paper cup, the service needs to be improved.

Very bad experience, first time staying, the room didn't have any standard facilities, the hygiene was poor, and most importantly, when I asked the waiter for a bottle of water, he said he would charge me. The room fee was over 400 yuan a night, but there was no service and no quality. Very bad experience. Compared with Zengcheng Jiahua, it's a world of difference. I won't go back next time.
