Staff at the front office offered to upgrade my room to a bigger double bed room even though I stayed there one night only. The room is clean. The staffs are friendly & helpful.. Came up to my room to help me with the ******* food delivery. Thank you.

Everything is good, close to the subway station which is convenient, but more attention needs to be paid to cleanliness

It is a family friendly apartnent style accomodation. Very spacious and convinient facility also fridndly staff. Highly recommend.

excellent location with elevator that leads to the mrt station, service is great and the staff will always go above and beyond to help us. they can speak english and chinese, they informed us that many malaysians always stay in their hotel. they enforce a strict privacy policy where they will not enter your room without permission, and can deliver supplies based on request between the times of 9:30 am - 9:30 pm. the building is abit old and outdated. the bathroom is cramped due to the loft bed style of the room, would advise anyone over 180cm to think twice. overall, affordable and great location if you are not picky. (images are not clear because they are screenshots from a video)

Recommended when u go to Guangzhou with fam. They have a big room, good service, n nice location. Easy to go anywhere

Really good service. Before I went, the hotel sent directions to the hotel. After the check in provide a lot of info & references for food and places to visit. Help us for the Zhujiang cruise booking also. Enjoy the stay. The hotel is the same as in the picture.

we have a great stay in s&l mansion. It is part of apartment unit. We have 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom unit. It is accessible from metro station level but you change another lift from 18th floor. The unit is spacious for adults and 1 kid. They provide washer, fridge and kettle Ac is available in all rooms and living room . Hot water is by water tank heater so needs to take turn and wait for the water to heat up . The house is very clean and tidy as picture. The host is very helpful and accommodating.

We had a very pleasant stay in this service apartment. Though the apartment seemed a hit dated, it was sufficiently cosy and we thought the location was great. It was directly above the train station, so we could go anywhere easily, and there were also convenience stores and late night food options in the area (the skewer串store below is really good). The room also had a washer dryer machine so we were able to do our laundry overnight and it dried quickly. The room might be a bit confusing to get to, but generally felt the area was quiet and safe. Shoutout to S&L 陈玉who was very responsive over WeChat even before we checked in, responding to our queries and giving us detialed instructions on how to get to the lobby. My wife actually left a couple of items in the room, and 陈玉 helped us to deliver it to our next hotel very promptly. Would stay again!

Spacious room and bathroom. Dirty and old toilet and room as it was in an old building. Other accomms and locals were in that building too. Got to take a lift to level 18 where the hotel counter was and another lift to your room so it might be a bit troublesome. Sis and mother shared a room while bro and i another. Diff styles of room. Sis loved hers while bro and i were ok with ours. Washing machine was provided in our toilet. Location was behind the train station exit which was convi. Food shops all around. A bit like Hong Kong style mansion. Local living.

The surrounding traffic is very convenient, the lift straight down basement 2 is the metro shopping street.It's very convenient to take the metro to the attractions, and it's also convenient for us to come from the airport.The hotel is close to Beijing Road, and there is a lot of shopping and delicious food nearby.The housekeeper is very careful, will send WeChat to ask if there are any items that need to be added to the room.The view from our room also very nice especially when sunset.

The ideal convenience place for a shopper. The subway is just below the building, easy access to all the malls and shopping districts. The rooms were clean and the the lady at the reception "Bai Yun" was amazing. I'm definitely visiting again. Kudos China

One of the best place to stay in Guangzhou. Their staff is very friendly and helpful (especially miss baiyun who provided us free upgrade of the room stay) and they always respond to our requests. They are also very helpful in local guides. The room is very clean. Highly recommended 👍👍

Space is just enough for a small family. Very clean toilet with smart bidet. Subway is just downstairs of the apartment and is very convenient. My family and I was travelling to another city then come back again after 2 days and free luggage storage was offered. Good services and will come back again.

2nd stay with them in a different room configuration. It is clean and spacious enough for my parents too. Had an issue with the bed but they rectified it immediately. Downstairs linked to metro and many shops for clothes, electronics, food and pharmacy. There is also a 7-11 nearby. There are many homestay in this building, don’t think can find one that is both good and value for money. All the ladies at reception area are very nice and approachable. Will stay again if visiting Guangzhou again. Thank you!
