Near good nice clean

During my long travels in China, this was my worst stay—filthy uncleaned rooms, broken facilities, and an unapologetically rude owner who dismissed complaints, making it a terrible experience I’d strongly warn others to avoid. This is the first time I have had such a bad experience in my long travels in China. As soon as I entered the door and had not yet checked in, I met two guests who wanted to check out early (I still remember it was Room 305). I heard that the reason was that the room conditions were too poor, the air conditioner was leaking, the bathroom door lock was broken, and other problems. The key is that the landlady did not express any opinion on their feedback. I didn't think much about it at first, thinking that the room price was not expensive, and these problems might be their bad luck. I was relieved to see that the room card in my hand was not Room 305. Until I opened the door, wowww (please see the picture), the room was old, smelly and bad, not to mention that it was not cleaned at all and we were allowed to check in! We pushed our luggage down the dark corridor with disappointment and reported the problem to the lady boss. This time she said: "It's not 2 o'clock yet, so the room is not cleaned." I couldn't even say "sorry". Surprised!!!! The lady boss's attitude is so bad, I paid the tuition, and I also paid the tuition for those who plan to book this hotel. To be honest, if you want to stay, come and see the room before placing an order (although I guess the lady boss won't let you go up to see it!). I hope this hotel can improve, especially the service attitude. The room is very bad, and the people are worse than the room.

Although the room is not big, the price is affordable, and life and travel are very convenient! There are Tao Tao Ju and Tao Gong Fang nearby, and there are a variety of delicious foods. Exit C and E of Chen Clan Academy Metro Station are just outside the hotel, making travel extremely convenient!

The overall atmosphere is dark and oppressive, and it is right next to the subway station and Tao Tao Ju. It is terrible that the hotel is not refundable if it is booked for more than half an hour.

The parking lot I called to arrange is the corridor next to the hotel. There was a nail in the ground that punctured my tire. I was unfamiliar with the area and had to deal with it by myself. I called a repairman to change the spare tire, and then went to the repairman to fix the tire. I was on the road all afternoon. The hotel didn't know anything about anything and just brushed it off without explanation or apology. There were mosquitoes in the room, and I got up at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night to catch them. I didn't dare turn off the light in the bathroom and was woken up by a rattling sound at 3 o'clock. A mouse crawled into the air-conditioning duct from the door frame. I saw it clearly and it bit me for a long time. The bathroom door in another room was broken, the faucet was leaking, and the floor drain was smelly... Speechless =_=

High cost performance! Very suitable for ordinary people to travel, do business, travel, convenient transportation, close to Chen Clan Academy Square, very affordable, especially recommended for budget travelers!

This hotel is in a great location, with convenient dining and shopping nearby. It is spacious and bright, with a warm layout, which really makes me feel like home. The bed is super soft, and I slept all night long, it was so comfortable. The service of this hotel is really great, making people feel at home and very warm.

The price is cheap and it was nice that they cleaned it every day, but the building and the room are quite old. Everything else is bearable, but the smell of cigarettes really comes down through the bathroom exhaust fan… Sometimes it feels like someone is smoking right next to me. The soundproofing is not very good, so people who are sensitive may have a hard time staying there. However, I think it is reasonable for the price!

The room smells bad and is stuffy. The sound insulation between the corridor and the next door is very poor, and there is no difference from opening the door. The corridor window is fake.
