Good but can be lot better In way of cleanliness We don’t have food there Good

Not too great if I’m honest. It said it was a 4 star hotel, that was clearly a lie. Also, I was sat on the sofa in the lobby after checkout, waiting for my car… the manager appeared from the security office and demanded I not sleep on the sofa?! I was bemused and confused. I was sat upright looking at my phone… no hello, no greeting, no smile - just ‘don’t sleep here’?! So strange. Especially as there were shirtless Chinese men literally lying down on the sofa 10 seconds after she left.. and she was clearly viewing the security camera. Anyway. There are numerous hotels of a similar price in the area, just book a different one.

I recently stayed at Nuomo Hotel for a night and had a mixed experience. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff spoke English, which made communication easy. The room was quite basic and lacked a window, which made it feel a bit enclosed. Instead of a traditional smart TV, the room had a projector. This was an interesting touch but didn't add much to the overall experience. One downside was the limited dining options around the hotel. There weren't many restaurants nearby, which made finding a meal a bit challenging. Additionally, the hotel is located at a junction with a lot of cars passing by, which might be a concern for light sleepers. Overall, Nuomo Hotel provided a decent stay for a short visit, but there are areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The room was infested with bed bugs, which made my stay extremely uncomfortable. These tiny pests were everywhere, and it was quite disgusting. The hotel management needs to take immediate action to address this issue. Guests deserve a clean and bug-free environment. I hope they can resolve this problem promptly to prevent other guests from going through the same ordeal.

It’s good,convenient

Cigarette smoke is unbearable. I asked for a non smoking room/floor but apparently they have none. We were not able to sleep well with the noise and the smell.

The shower room is very bad

Check-in and check-out are very convenient. Although the twin room has windows, the windows are in a corridor and the ventilation is not good. The hotel is easy to find and the transportation is convenient. The room cleaning and hygiene are good

I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel lobby had already been carefully decorated for the Spring Festival, creating a festive and warm atmosphere, such as lanterns and blessing calligraphy. I wanted to go on a night cruise on the Pearl River on this trip, so I consulted the front desk. I didn't expect that I could directly scan the code at the front desk to buy it, and it was a discounted fare, which saved us a lot of time and was very convenient. Overall, it was a very good choice. I could enjoy a comfortable accommodation environment and appreciate the beautiful scenery and unique culture of Guangzhou at night. It was a very pleasant accommodation experience.
