Very convenient because just next to metro station, and 7-11 also downstairs only. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean, with AI control Xiao Du. Can order Mei Tuan and robot will send to the room.

This hotel is very Great 😃👍👍👍👍 Hotel and room is very clean. Location is very close from MRT in 50 m. Breakfast is very good and variety. Friendly Staff and helpful for tourists. Safety This hotel is very kind because they gave us water and some oranges I truely confident .If I will travel to Guangzhou,I will come to this hotel again. Great hotel to stay in! For a start, location is ideal. Right above the MRT. Take Exit A and you’ll see the hotel within a few steps. The MRT is also a great station (interchange with both line 5 and line 6). Only “downside” is that there is not much malls in the area. But plenty of food. Not exactly central but a good point to be if you wish to be in the middle of Tianhe/Beijing Lu. Was relatively clean and no complains. Hotel also offered all things Orange. From the fruit to an orange/citrus welcome drink and a coffee machine. Hotel staff always ready to assist. Had an issue with the aircon on my first room but was promptly shifted to another room no questions asked. Great service. Only one downside/complain. The water pressure in the shower is poor. Hard to really take a good shower and have to shower longer in order to have a good wash. Not sure if it’s because we were staying on the high floors (19th and 20th) that made the water pressure weak. Thanks!

Very convenient, Right next to metro station. Quite tricky for car pickup and drop off as it’s next to a main road. Hotel is clean and staff very friendly. Free laundry service.

Great hotel, very orange themed, to the extent I didn't expect. Staff was accommodating, the rooms were clean, and the scent of the bathroom soaps had a hint of orange. Very refreshing.

Had a great stay. The mattress is hard and the pillows are comfy. It is just beside the mrt station which provide the convenience for us to travel out. They provide free coffee and oranges at the lobby. Will definitely choose this hotel when I visit Guangzhou again.

I am satisfied with my stay here but would not return if i visit Guangzhou again. Other same category of hotels such as Country Inn and Atour hotel i have stayed in Shanghai and Kunming are much better. One area orange hotel does well i would say is their breakfast. If you are staying here, it is close to the metro station. However, the drop off /pick up point in front of the hotel is an inconvenient spot. It is along a traffic way and is not big enough for 2 vehicle side my side. If you are taking a cab or arrive by a cab, vehicle behind will need to wait until the passengers from the cab get off or are picked up. If you come with many big luggages, there is a little panic as some impatient drivers my hit their horn to signal you to do it fast.

It was our first time in GZ and decided to go with Orange Hotel after reading many good reviews on XHS and was very happy with the decision. We arrived before noon and was informed that our rooms were ready and from check in onwards, the hotel staff really took care of every detail and requests we made. Rooms were very clean and comfortable for our 4 nights stay and daily housekeeping was a bonus as well. The hotel is conveniently situated outside the metro station for travellers who wish to take public transport. Breakfast spread were to the family’s liking as well. Overall, it’s an excellent stay and very value for money!

Nice hotel with modern design and orange theme, you can get free orange from the lobby, love the pillow and shampoo, and there is xiao du smart home system to control room function, there are plenty of famous restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend

I had stayed in this hotel before the pandemic for many years when it was called ‘Starway Hotel’. It has undergone renovations since and i was absolutely thrilled with what they did. Whole new layout, nice clean rooms, showers and hallways, electric curtains and more things you don’t usually find at this price. Another plus: It is directly located at Ouzhuang metro station, so it is easy to get to the fair. The shuttle bus during the fair only goes very early and very late do if you don’t want to spend the full day at the fair the metro is the best choice. Btw, the taxi fare to Pazhou is around 45¥, but taxi drivers ask up to 200¥. Metro is 4¥ 😁 The only thing that has not changed over the 15 years I go there is that the staff has absolutely no English. Today with Google Translate that is easy though, they are super friendly and patient. Definitely worth its money!

Overall it is a decent hotel. Recommended for leisure travelers
