The lady was very helpful 24/7 through WeChat. Banks, convenience stores and cafes are around. The only this was that I had cockroaches in my room and generally out was very dusty. I wish they had a proper general cleaning before guest’s check in.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel apartment! The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The kitchen area was a big plus—perfect for cooking my own meals. The bed was super comfy, and the space felt cozy and homey. Staff were friendly and responsive whenever I needed anything. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. Definitely a great choice if you're looking for a more independent and spacious stay. Highly recommend!

Pictures look much better than actual room. Not as clean, tidy or comfortable as expected. Suitable for a less fussy traveler. Price point is fair.

Location is good. But it’s not that clean. May be if you stay one night is ok. For longer stay I would choose other place
Response from Property: Thank you for staying at Xiyu B&B. We are located in the center of Zhujiang New Town, close to Guangdong Museum and Haixinsha Asian Games Park. It is only one stop away from Guangzhou Tower and Tiyuxi Metro Station. There are two subway stations, which makes travel very convenient. The bedding is changed for each guest, disinfected and dried. If you have any questions during your stay, you can let us know and we will do our best to handle them for you.

Location is very good, cbd area, shops, restaurants. It’s a safe place. However the whole apartment is filthy, mould in bathroom, all light switches covered in stains & sticky. Bedsheets stink. Washing machine doesn’t wash clothes properly, still dirty. Worse, cockroaches every night. It took 4 hours to scrub clean everything, bought cockroach bait after 2 days, then found dead cockroaches everyday. Responses from owner is good.

Location is nice, next to Wuyangcun by passing the bridge from Exit B.

We love it. It is very close to Metro and very easy to transfer metro line to an Airport (only one change). Over all we love it.

The location was very convenient we had to go to the American consulate the next day. They also held our bags all day for free which was sooooo helpful.

We really liled our stay in this nice apartment. The service team will help you if you have questions. Room service is available upon request. At the end we were even allowed to leave our luggage at reception for half a day, thank you very much and see you next time.

No significant amenities. Not very clean but in a good location. Small bed and room with nice design. Enough for a night but I wouldn't choose this place to stay longer. The 'reception' is walking distance from the room so it's like B&B tucked in inside a residential building.
