it’s good hotel for business metro station nearby electric market is also nearby overall nice experience

The environment is so strange and I scared really, at night the place is noisy and didn’t calm

The room is big and comfortable. Noise proofing is not that good as I stay in the room next to the reception. Alot of noise from the tour group checking in. When I checked out the guy at the reception is more intetested in playing games from his mobile rather than attending to me. Location is near the metro but no eateries or convenience store nearby.

The team was very friendly I received lots of packages and they helped me to communicate with delivery guys Be sure to get the snacks on check in 😊 they have very delicious chips Washing machine very good but you should add some extra capsules for better clean 🫧🫧 Recommended I will Go there again ! Thanks for keeping my luggage 🧳 🧳 🛅 for 5 days during I have been to Bangkok! 🥰🫰

Very nice hotel to stay. Affordable price. 6 minutes walk from the station. Kinda far from the center (Tian He district around 30 mins away by subway) but surrounding still very convenient and have lot of good food you may explore with bike. Definitely worth it.

Initially Jigsaw Hotel was just like any other ordinary hotel with a close proximity to a metro station (Fenghuang Xincun). It was clean and well equipped with all the requisite facilities necessary for a good night’s sleep. But what lifted it above the norm was its English speaking receptionist. At this hotel category in China we seldom encountered (if any) English speaking staff and one so proficient in the language to boot. It was a pleasure to be able to speak to Cindy (Sandy? - sorry we didn’t catch your name) where our enquiries were met with instant comprehension and without me grappling with my barely acceptable Chinese. She gave us clear and precise directions to wherever we wanted to go and even took the trouble to write it down lest we forget. Strongly recommended for non Chinese speakers

It's a good place to stay that is very close by to metro. The place is clean and provides all the amenities as mentioned in the descriptoin. Our checkin and checkout experience was very smooth and easy. They clean the room everyday and replace your amenities if you've used them with fresh set of items. You will be greeted to fresh set of sheets every evening, so it's very pleasant.

Entrance of hotel doesn’t feel like hotel, no restaurant in hotel, no place To chill, reception not value guest, room amenities are very basics, go to this hotel if only looking for cheaper option, either find a better place

Another great stay in this hotel. Staff are always super helpful and the rooms are spacious and clean. Film projector to watch your favorite movies and close to a great selection of restaurants and bars. A great place to stay in historic Guangzhou

Always a great time is had in this hotel. Workers friendly, price good, rooms nice and clean and spacious. Good location too!

Not suitable for family. The bathroom doesn't have a shower screen. Once shower, the floor is wet. It's so dangerous for the next guest to use as it's very slippery. Guess what, you have to shower in a big bathtub, which makes it so difficult for old people. The cup for in the bathroom was so dirty that you cannot use it to rinse your mouth while brushing teeth. More suitable for young couples. The only good thing we have was the morning shift male receptionist with glasses was very helpeful in helping us to book a didi using his app. And some recommendations for tourist attractions plus how to get there.
