Overall hotel was good. Environment and cleanliness of the hotel were great. Good location with alot of restaurant nearby and near to metro station. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Able to early check in even reach earlier. Definitely will come again for stay.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I returned because of its cleanliness, comfortable bedding, friendly reception staff, and the convenient free laundry service (staff assist with laundry at no charge). I was especially impressed by the reception team, who went above and beyond to help with my parcel delivery. Another plus is the variety of food options nearby, and it's just a 13-minute walk to the main shopping district, which makes it really convenient. However, one downside this time was that I was given a room facing the road. As a light sleeper, this did affect me, though my friend didn’t have any issues with it. Overall, I'll definitely be returning again.

The room is clean, comfort and very good service

We stayed at Tianhe ZhujiangXingCheng two nights. Perfect location with plenty of authentic food (my favorite is the oyster restaurant a block away!) and leisure activities! Clean facility and helpful staff. At our will be my first choice for future travel. I actually booked it again for our trip to Shanghai later in April.

Get a room facing the city. The view is beautiful during the day and the night . The room was comfortable for 3 adults and the bedding and towels were clean. The free drinks were really nice and plenty water was always provided. The breakfast was basic but a vegetarian could do. The coffee was quality. Ask for help with the machine. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the laundry room was excellent . The room could be cleaned more thoroughly. The corners had thick dust and the floor had a nail clipping from somewhere else. The shower could also have used a deep clean to break down the soap scum and build up. The hotel is in an excellent location! Would book again.

Room is big and spacious for couples or family. Very quiet and location is very convenient. Near malls, train station and lots of food to eat. Convenient drop off in front of the hotel for taxi rides.

Tried for the first time and would really recommend it to other business travellers. They provide options here which just make sense to business travellers. Firstly, allowing delivery robot to deliver your room (hotels from international chains will not allow and make you go down to take your food) it just makes sense we are just tired after travelling and last thing we want is to go down and pick it up. Secondly, free laundry service is provided and is superb, when we went down all the laundry machines was taken up but the staff was amazing and offered to help us take care of it, noting down our preference and helping to fold all of our clothes neatly and delivering it to our room. Overall this hotel is at a really good location and value for money as well. Everyone from the front staff to housekeeping really provided top notch service.

Great location with many F&B around the area. Cleaning and services all on point. Love that they provide unlimited bottled water. Didnt tried the breakfast. Definitely will be back.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Guangzhou. Good price point with all the amenities and location. The rooms feel new and clean. There are many eateries around and plenty of malls for shopping. Staff are friendly but professional. Small touches like offering cold brew tea for takeaway when checking out is a nice added touch.

Extremely satisfied by the remarkable service, the hotel accepted our late checkout request, extending the checkout time to 4pm in order to match our train schedule, truly appreciate it. The room is spacious and clean, the complimentary drip coffee was amazing, the souvenir was a nice touch, leaving a perfect end note for out GZ trip.
