Hilton Hotels in Guangzhou

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hilton Guangzhou and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable—attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. I would especially like to commend Mr. 柯志毅 and Mr. 李嘉凯 for going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Their attention to detail, proactive assistance, and thoughtful gestures truly stood out. They not only ensured that all my needs were met, but also added a personal touch that made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean, spacious rooms and excellent amenities. The location is also convenient, making it easy to get around the city. Thank you once again to the Hilton Guangzhou team—and a special thanks to 柯志毅 and 李嘉凯 for their outstanding hospitality. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

This is a trip for listening to a concert of Justin Lo. The hotel is only 15 to 20 minutes walk away from the Guangzhou pavilion, which is the concert venue. The check in staff is very helpful, especially Allan, who was very friendly and helpful, giving us all the necessary information about the hotel and was kind enough to extend my stay for an extra two hours so that I can enjoy the spa which started at 11:30am. Special thanks to the Chinese cuisine restaurant where the staff are well trained and very hospitable. The food is gorgeous. Overall, a very good experience at the hotel of Hilton Baiyun.

It's your average Hilton, a bit old, but overall very nice. The room was really big and it had a big balcony (a chair or table on the balcony would have been appreciated). The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast, the freshly made chinese food was ok, below average in taste, and all the baked goods were at least one day old, very very dry. The gym was also very good and well equipped, the swimming pool is closed at evenings but it looked very nice. The room was extremely clean and the front desk accepted all my extra requests (extend check-out, more beauty product, etc)
