Chimelong Hotel is a massive property with only three restaurants. If you stay for more than two nights, like we did, you might find the food variety a bit repetitive, although the dishes are generally delicious. However, the food prices are on the higher side. The rooms are spacious, especially the family room with a king bed and two single beds, which are both comfortable and roomy. While the rooms are somewhat dated and some corners have old dirt, it’s clear that the staff make a concerted effort to keep them as clean as possible. One of the highlights for families is the hotel’s effort to delight children with small surprises, such as cute cartoon designs on toiletries, cups, wall decorations, ceilings, TV panels, cabinets, and slippers. The most impressive feature is the White Tigers Restaurant, where you can enjoy a buffet breakfast while watching two real white tigers, flamingos, and birds around the restaurant. The restaurant is large, and food is replenished promptly, with a good variety of mostly local Chinese cuisine. The management team does an excellent job running such a large restaurant with a significant staff, although there is often a long queue to enter. The hotel provides transport to the wildlife safari park and bird park, and it’s just a 10-minute walk to the circus and theme park opposite the hotel. The check-in and checkout process is smooth, though it typically involves a 15-20 minute wait. Overall, it is a nice family hotel for activities at the three parks. My children enjoyed their stay at this hotel.

The room is small but enough and well planned. Very modern look and nice TV. The only thing i didnt like was the toilet sink being outside of the toilet and right at the door. Also for westerner the choices for breakfast was very limited, its mainly noodles and porridge, wish there were more choices such as sausages bacons hashbrown etc. but overall good hotel and will definitely come back.

Panda-themed. Overall experience was quite good, because my kids love the panda decorations and the water park very much. We didn't go to the safari park, birds park, or circus because my kids didn't want to. Maybe we should come and visit these places next time!

Because I stayed at this hotel in Guangzhou Chimelong. It is about one or two kilometers away from Happy World. It takes ten minutes by taxi to reach the South Gate or North Gate. The room is quite large and has three beds. It is just located in a remote alley.

I am very satisfied with my stay at Rujia this time. Especially the service of the front desk guy is very good and the smile is very warm. The aunt cleans the room very clean. It is very convenient to have a robot to deliver items. It is also very close to Chimelong. The starting price of a taxi is there. There is also one at the front desk. Drink ice water, lemon tea, Luo Han Guo tea, and there is coffee next to it. The coffee is very delicious. There is an ice machine next to it, which is very convenient for taking ice cubes home. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant is also highly recommended. There are many varieties and it is delicious. It is at the door. There is a lot to eat, and there is also a night market nearby. There are many snacks. There is a delicious barbecue next to the tea market next to the night market. You can try it. There is also a Mixue Ice City downstairs in the hotel. You can buy it online. You can place an order and pick it up directly. The hotel also has a laundry service. You can put your clothes in the laundry room. The hotel staff can help you and the service is very good. If you want to go to Chimelong, it is the most cost-effective one nearby, but it is relatively old overall, but it still has what it should have. It is only 10 minutes away from Chimelong, so it is recommended. There is a pork trotter rice next to it. The boss is very polite. He added a braised egg and opened a double yolk. The boss said that he had never seen this before in more than ten years of work. He said that I made a fortune this year and was very happy. The overall cost-effectiveness is very high.

Chimelong Apartments are conveniently located near the various parks of Chimelong. For example, Guangzhou Chimelong Forest Code Theme Mansion is only 800 meters away from Hanxi Chimelong Metro Station and 1 km away from the south gate of Chimelong Resort, which can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The apartment also has free shuttle service to the scenic area. The apartment has a variety of room types and is a very good experience. It is also very convenient to eat nearby.

We are a Chinese and Western family, two adults and three children. The purpose of this trip is to go to Chimelong. Because it was a spontaneous trip, I found that many homestays near Chimelong did not accept foreign guests when I arrived at Guangzhou South Station. This is the only one with the best value for money. I checked many of their rooms on the high-speed rail, and they were dazzling. Because I thought that smaller rooms would definitely be used by more people, so I specially chose a larger room [and there was no mahjong table, so it could only be used by families], which was affordable and only a few dozen yuan more expensive than the two-bedroom room. Finally, I chose this room in Zone 3. My three children are under one year old, four years old, and five years old. The ocean ball pool allowed my husband and I to rest for a long time. Because the edge of the pool is relatively high, the youngest child cannot climb out, which is very good. The mattresses and sheets in the room are very clean, no hair is cut, no stains, no water leakage in the toilet, and sufficient hot water. The only thing I really want to complain about [not really] is that there is a small gap in the safety railing on the second floor, which is not an installation problem. The gap is big, I just use the suitcase to block it. The child likes the doll in the room very much and wants to take it away, but it doesn't look very new [this is also very normal!! ] The child had a lot of fun holding the doll and had no allergies. Takeaways can be found easily. In the evening, there is 10 yuan fried rice, fried rice noodles, and a couple of egg burgers downstairs in the third district. I haven't eaten such cheap things for a long time. My four-year-old and five-year-old all ate it, and it tasted good. The homestay housekeeper is very patient. I booked a room temporarily in the middle of the night. He quickly added me and asked me to start a video to confirm whether I was in the right building. There was no contact throughout the whole process, which I like, but the message was replied very quickly. I stayed for a total of three days, and stayed in two room types, and I was very happy and satisfied.

Place is new and clean. Service was great. It’s near the Guangzhou Metro. However it can be a little far from the city centre, eg Canton Tower/Shamian island. Worth a stay here, nonetheless.

It has a stunning view over the landscape of the newly developed area. The room is clean and neat. The swimming pool comes with heat and the kids zone is in a compact size. Reasonable enough in a city. Not too far from Chimelong Safari Park , about 20 mins by DiDi. Few blocks away from the shopping and eating district, which makes this place isolate from the bustling hub. Overall, not too bad. P.S. It seems this Sheraton does not often use the Marriott app. Can't get a shaving kit/ any responses within 15 mins. Better to call the front desk.
