The hotel is in a good location, but there is too much noise at night and you cannot rest well.

The two days that I was in room 211 there was no hot water, I reported it on two occasions and the staff in charge Mr. Carlos and Ms. Nitze made fun of the issue, arguing that they did not have any other report of another room, which I will leave for At least 15 to 20 minutes to leave the water to heat up, which made me illogical
