Room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast was also pretty decent. My only concern was the toilet in the room doesn't have bidet. But overall, the hotel was ok despite having quite old amenities.

The hotel is now brand new, but has its charm. Very friendly staff. Great view and near many tourist favorites. Definitely worth the money.

Overall is ok. My only complain in this hotel is the aircon is too poor. Our companybalways book me in this hotel as corporate hotel. But everytime I am checkingnin here I am vomplainibgbfoe the aircondition too hot.This needs attention by management and fix it. Im sure I am not the only one complaining about as even though they move me to another room still the same. Location is convenient and on the river front. Nice location.

The hotel made a mistake and charged an additional 10usd/1 room/guest, total 40usd with the reason that the twin room type is only for 1 guest/1 room and because we had 2 guests/1 room, the second person had to pay an extra fee, while we had booked full service for 2 guests/1 room from the beginning. This made my customer upset and it took me time to contact Trip.com to resolve the problem, fortunately Trip.com supported very well and the hotel refunded 40usd to my customer.
