A new and modern beautiful hotel. Lots to do and some great food to eat. Service needs to improve for a 5 star hotel but the management are very accommodating/addressing any issues raised. The Bissou bar is a standout for me and my wife with unbelievable service by Olivier.

The hotel has a good location, but the service is poor. The hotel sent a preference registration form before check-in, but after filling it out, I found that nothing was given. I called the service hotline three times for cleaning. The room lock was broken on the last night of my stay, and their manager looked for it several times. I will not choose this hotel again.

English is also easy to communicate OK! The best thing about this hotel is the location! Because it is very close to Blue Bay, it is a short walk to the beach, and you can go back to the hotel to take a shower after checking out, which is very considerate. Breakfast is outdoors, so it is inevitable that there are small flying insects flying around, which is understandable. At night, you can see geckos on the outdoor walls, the ecology is really good hahahaha
