It is clean and the service is quite good.

The staff are friendly and suggest a nice route to reach Alhambra (that was awesome!!!)

The room is a bit small, but the roommates are of high quality, the public bathroom is clean and large, the rooftop balcony has a great view, and the location of the youth hostel is also convenient.

This is my first time paying for a hotel stay

If you are just going to sleep at night, it is a good price.

This hostel was great. I would 100% recommend as a young solo traveler. Nice staff, easy communication and a great list of hostel-lead trips and events around the city. (these were paid for with a small fee or tips) The hostel has a wonderful community and workshop so I would highly recommend going on trips and hanging upstairs if you need company or fellow travelers. The hostel also has a fully accessible kitchen and food storage system so you can cook while you are there. My only very small issue was the lockers not holding much (quite small so only usable for valuables) but all things considered, it’s fine, just worth knowing ahead of time. Overall loved the experience there for around 4 days and would stay again if I travel to Granada!

A great Place. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere. I recommend this place highly. The guests when I stayed here were interesting, the location was excellent, it is quiet area, surrounded by parks and interesting places.

Had the best time at this hostel! Honestly didn’t expect to stay as long as I did, but it just kinda grabbed me, you know? The vibes, the people, and of course, Granada—it’s like the perfect spot for a foodie to just live for a week. Highly recommend

The experience was wonderful, especially thanks to the guide, who is gorgeous, intelligent, and full of stories to tell. The bad part was checking out; this is the reason I won't be back. I arrived on Sunday and paid for my stay and a hike with a card. Everything was fine up to that point. On Monday, there was another tour I signed up for, and I decided to pay the manager, who told me I'd pay later because I was the first to sign up. That afternoon, before leaving, I paid someone, and the person said, "It's €19," to which I handed them a €50 bill. I thought they had registered it, but now it turns out that when I check out, they tell me I still owe the €19, so I tell them I paid it. They say no, because I probably thought I paid it. To which I pointed out that I paid with a 50 euro note, and if not, they should still be keeping the 50 euro. I'm the one who lost out here because I was treated like someone who didn't know where the bus station was, and I ended up paying €38. I'll never stay at the hostel again, and I won't recommend it to anyone. The guide is a sweetheart, and that's why if I go to Granada, I'll contact her, and if she lets me, I'll pay her directly, since she's a decent person.

Excellent location, cleanliness and treatment by the hostel staff. A very friendly environment with guests and organization of highly recommended activities. They made the stay totally integrated

I loved the Hostel, especially the family atmosphere that exists there. The staff is very attentive and attentive to their guests. The guys at the reception are the best of all, they helped me a lot. They also plan many activities every day, so you can share and go on excursions. I traveled alone and I had a great time. It is quiet, comfortable, the rooms are comfortable to rest. Good and very economical to spend a vacation, and also very very close to everything. I would always return to the Granado Family. Thankssss

How nice it is to be able to feel at home in an accommodation!!! It is wonderful to meet people so dedicated to their work, as it is evident not only in the kindness with which they receive you, but also in the cleanliness, attention to every detail,... We stayed on the ground floor, in a room with bathroom. The very comfortable and spacious bed, the perfect bathroom and the entire stay impeccable. The perfect location, right in the center, with nearby paid parking, if you have a car. It is the first time we have stayed at this hostel, but without a doubt, we will return. Thank you so much!!!
