The territory is spacious, green, the mountains are very close - very beautiful.

In general, we are satisfied, the main valet services are a bit problematic, there are communication problems among themselves. I would also like to thank Mr. Ömer from customer relations, he is very caring and successful in his job.

The hotel corresponds to its level, the only difficulty is logistics due to its large size. Very confusing and a lot of time for transitions (room - restaurant - - sea - tennis...)

We loved our stay, we travelled as a small family. We stayed in one of the marine suites, it had two bathrooms a lounge with a bed and a separate bedroom. Our room over looked the marine pool which we loved. This is the new part of the hotel, we did visit the larger pool where there is a dj on in the day but found it not very clean and the staff and visitors using that pool very rude and arrogant. Option of food places was great we enjoyed majority of the al La carte which is an extra cost but worth it. The buffet is very good quality too. My son loved the pier where there is a specific spot for everyone to dive and jump off. My partner made use of the gym everyday the facilities were incredible. We also took part in one of the pink gorilla work out sessions which was great fun. The evening entertainment was very good

Hello, it was a very good hotel, especially for children, it had very good facilities, it had various programs that lasted from morning until late at night, the food was excellent, everything was good in the hotel overall. Especially for us Persian speakers, there was a guy in the guest relations department named Amir Reza who helped us a lot during the time we were there.

Ebru was our guest relations manager and was truly there for us every step of the way. We had a wonderful holiday with a clean sea, large pools, very attentive staff, and excellent food. Activities were perfect for kids.

We had a wonderful vacation at Rixos Sungate! Everything exceeded our expectations – the sea, the variety of restaurants, the food, and the relaxing yet vibrant atmosphere. Special thanks to Zarina, who made us feel welcomed and looked after every single day. She truly made a difference in our stay. Would absolutely return!

I visited the Rixos Sungate hotel in April with my 10-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter. The standout feature for us was the incredible kids club and the wide range of excellent activities on offer. Both children really enjoyed attending the creative workshops where they made woodwork models, clay pots, and paintings. They also built Lego robots, took part in an exercise class, and even did a bit of boxing! The staff at the kids club were fantastic—really engaging, attentive, and clearly passionate about working with children. I was even allowed to join in at times, which was great fun. I was especially impressed with how well the activities catered to both my children, despite the five-year age gap. It’s not always easy to find something that suits both younger and older kids, but Rixos managed it perfectly. Another major highlight was the outstanding service provided by our assigned Guest Relations team member, Ebru. She contacted me via WhatsApp on our first day with detailed information about the hotel and activities, and she remained available throughout our stay, always responding quickly. When I had a minor medical issue with my daughter, she helped me locate a GP and a pharmacy—and even checked in with us personally at dinner later that evening. Her support was above and beyond anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before, and it made a real difference to our stay. The hotel’s facilities and beach are beautiful. The gardens are immaculately kept, with the lovely scent of fresh flowers and cut grass adding to the experience. Since we visited in April, some of the pools were still quite cold, but there was one heated pool at the far end of the hotel which the kids loved. One slight disappointment was that some of the advertised kids club activities, such as the carnival, weren’t yet running. However, I understand this was likely due to being just ahead of peak season. The only real area for improvement was our room in the main block. While clean and functional, it felt a little dated and could benefit from refurbishment—especially when compared to some of the newly renovated blocks. That said, the hot tub in the bathroom was a big hit with the kids and more than made up for the slightly old-fashioned decor. Overall, this is a large resort with a huge range of facilities and things to do. I would definitely recommend Rixos Sungate for families—especially those with children who enjoy a mix of fun, creativity, and outdoor activities.

This was our second trip after three years. It's still amazing! The highlight of our trip was the bartender Nurlan in the lounge bar (Fantasy bar). He is just a charm and so skilled with cocktail making. All of his drinks were spot on. His custom "specials" were wonderful - he has great knowledge of different recepies and can easily recreat them as many times as needed. Food is awesome, kids have plenty of things to do. The staff who look after kids is just the best ever. Everyone's smiling, very professional, friendly, playful with kids. This time we came when there were concerts and musicians performing. That was great. Each performance was 2h long and something you get in the big and pricey concerts. Rooms were ok (despite us having the superior room in the new unit we did not have a bathtub which we had las time in a standard room) and no iron. Minor nuance, but when you come with kids it's a very nice addition. Water in the pool was a bit cold to our likening (not the kids though) and Land of Legends now has new rides and areas with Satrtrek and Nickolodeon themes. Those were awesome and so much fun. Downside was the yet again extremely cold water even in kids swimming pools. If you come later in May or in June it will be just fine. Staff and things to do for kids are even better than in Rixos Dubai which was more expensive in our case. We will definitely come here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Rixos Sungate! The hotel is beautiful, the service was excellent, and everything was very well organised. Special thanks to Ebru Yildiz from Guest Relations — she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel truly welcome. We’re leaving with wonderful memories and would love to return again. Highly recommend!

I love all the cats here.next time I'm bringing cat food.staff are nice.the best ice-cream. But in a lot of places of the hotel they allow smoking which stinks. Us kids enjoyed it lots though (D aged 10)beach is nice but one end has a lot of cigarette buts.
