quite convenient , close to Kintex. The room size is quite ok, but the toilet is small.

The rooms were clean but a little small. And the walls were thin so I didn’t actually sleep

Very good hotel in Goyang, near to Hyundai department store and food market. The parking is free and breakfast is yummy.

Very convenient for visiting trade shows at kintex

Even though many family members had different needs and requirements, the staff accommodated them all.

Not bad the hotel however the sound proof is not good. Hope it can be improved.

This is a weekend hotel for couples, and not very soundproof. It's relatively clean and has good facilities for its price tag.

Nearest hotel to Kintex exhibition Hall, 5 minutes walk. Good location for this purpose, otherwise out of the way to the usual tourist spots. 4-star class, with 7-11 store right on the hotel lobby, supper convenient

Never, never will be here again! I ordered delivery food. I got a call saying that the rider was not allowed to go up from the 1st floor to my room on the 15th floor. I went down and asked why the rider was not allowed to go up since this is a residence hotel and it is natural to deliver food to the room. The answer from the employee, Mr. Han, was shocking. He told me that the president of this hotel also comes down to the 1st floor to receive the goods. That meant that I, as a customer, had a lower status compared to his boss and his position, so of course I should come down. That was crazy. He even said that the delivery rider could not take the elevator because it would make other customers uncomfortable. I don't think it's a problem with the smell of the food. Even if I carry the food and ride it, the smell would be the same, and since this is a residence hotel where you eat food, there is no valid reason for not allowing the rider to ride. This is a public hotel open to guests and future guests. He insulted the delivery rider's personality. And at 11:28pm, he told me, the customer in front of him, that this was for another customer who could not be seen. The answer was questionable, as if he was in his right mind. This hotel is not friendly to customers, although I don't know what the staff is complaining about. The 10 guests who came on business from the US all said the same thing in the morning. This is a garbage hotel that I absolutely do not want to come back to. I already made a strong complaint to the hotel this morning because they did not clean it properly for two days.

Stayed just a night before visiting relatives near by. Rooms were clean and simple. If you're attending a convention at kintex, then it's a good place to stay. Looking for a "romantic" getaway, might want to look around

The hotel does not provide disposable toothbrushes and disposable slippers. You need to purchase it yourself at a convenience store. The hotel information should clearly and prominently state.

It was great. Hotel is next to Kintex convention hall. You can get there from airport by public bus. It takes about 1 hour. There is good Wi-Fi connection in each room.

The hotel is about 5 minutes from Daehwa metro station… it is surrounded by restaurants and department stores. The staff is welcoming and attentive to the first needs.. breakfast was good. They have a rooftop bar with magnificent river at night. All rooms have balconies, there’s 7/11 next to the lobby if you want to grab some snacks or something . I highly recommend this property, we had an absolutely fun time at Kintex hotel .

The location is bit far from shopping area, but the 7-11 at the lobby help a lot.
