I absolutely loved the stay at Ayathorn. The location is perfect for first time travelers to Bangkok, as it’s super close to all key Temples and attractions. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants also near, as well as walking distance to Chinatown and Khaosan Road. Staff is brilliant, rooftop pool super beautiful, rooms super good, with lovely soft towels. Strongly recommended!

The room itself and amenities were great, but there’s a constant construction happening right in front of the hotel because a new MRT station is being built.

Very comfortable and quiet room (Executive King Room). Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The staff frendly and helpfull i fall over cut my self did first aid and got me to doctors to be fix up and checked on me evey day. Very help full when you solo

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The pool was large and the bar was nice. I would like to stay there again if I go to Thailand

The room we stayed in had a balcony facing a small river. It was quiet outside and there was a gentle breeze at night. The ceiling in the room is a bit low, but the bed is very comfortable. After staying for two nights, no one cleaned the room. Because I was traveling with a baby, no one cleaned the room and it felt a bit messy. The corridor is clean, but in addition to taking the elevator, you also have to take the stairs to go up and down the stairs, which will be more difficult for the elderly. The breakfast is very good, the cost per person is not expensive, and the service is also good. The rooftop swimming pool is great, with a good view, and is often visited by birds. The swimming pool is very large and can change colors. However, the poolside service ends at 8 pm, but you can continue swimming. The front desk service ends at 10 o'clock in the evening, which means that there will be no one at the front desk after 22 o'clock. After we left and returned to China, Ctrip informed me that the hotel found that the TV in the room we stayed in was broken, and the hotel demanded compensation from us. I feel so ridiculous. My child and I barely spent much time in the room except for sleeping and bathing, and we didn't even know where the TV remote control was. My daughter and I never watch TV at home, and my daughter can’t understand foreign TV either. As we all know, Chinese children love to look at mobile phones and pads. If the hotel wants to be held accountable, should it confirm the condition of the electrical appliances in the room in front of me when we check in, and ask me to sign a confirmation notice? But when we checked into the hotel, there was no such link, so why do we think it was the TV we broke? I give this hotel a bad review for its service. But objectively speaking, this hotel has many advantages besides service, including their location. For example, it is very close to Khao San Road, you can walk to the Grand Roundabout, and it is not far from Temple Arun and the Grand Palace.

The hotel is very dirty. When I went there, the bed sheets were not changed, and there was the previous guest's **... It was disgusting. When I returned to the hotel in the middle of the night, there was no one at the front desk, and I slept on a bath towel all night. The next day, I called the manager to change my bed sheets. Four or five people worked for half a day to finish it. They said they would refund me one night's room fee, but they didn't. You really shouldn't stay here. The sanitary conditions are too bad!

Except for the road construction at the door and noise during the day, everything else is very good. The room is big and the facilities are new. It's within walking distance to the Grand Palace

Great location, the room is just like in the photo on the Internet, the breakfast is excellent, the pool is large and clean. The windows overlooked a construction site, but the noise did not disturb my sleep; the noise from motorcycles was louder. I recommend the hotel, especially when the construction is finished, we will definitely come back too

Construction is going on near the hotel, and the environment is clean. You have to carry your luggage when you check in. The service attitude at the front desk is good.

The beds are comfortable, the hygiene is good, the service attitude is very good, especially the young gentleman at the front desk who is very enthusiastic. The hotel is in an excellent location, with several attractions nearby. You can go to the Grand Palace, Chinatown, and Khao San Road on foot!
