I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel and will never come back and will not recommend it to others. First of all, the cleanliness of the room was very poor. When I first checked in, I found obvious stains on the carpet, the faucet in the bathroom was leaking, and the overall hygiene was not up to standard. Secondly, the service attitude of the hotel was also unsatisfactory. The front desk staff was indifferent to the needs of the guests, and the waiting time during check-in was too long without any explanation or apology. The most disappointing thing was that the breakfast options were very limited, the quality of the food was not good, and it didn't feel fresh. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations of this hotel at all. I hope the hotel management can face these problems and improve them.

Very bad! It took two hours to check in at the front desk. The tall and thin waiter at the front desk was arrogant and had a bad attitude. He was very nice and enthusiastic to Europeans and Americans, but ignored you, didn't deal with the problem, didn't answer the phone, and asked for an extra fee of 25 US dollars.
