The room was nice and clean as seen on pictures. But no safe box in the room. The best location can walk to places in few minutes.

Good points Breakfast...a buffet with a wide variety of food, and they cooked an omelet for each person. Bad points Water pressure in the shower There was no clock in the room It was just under 10,000 yen per night in the off-season in mid-November. The room temperature was just right.

The staff were very kind. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with lots of vegetables, fruits and traditional side dishes.

The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the bus station in Goreme (there are many ATM machines nearby where you can withdraw money, or you can wait here for the bus to the ceramic town), and there is no need to climb! The front desk helped book a shuttle bus to Kayseri Airport early in the morning, told him the flight number, and arranged a pick-up time. It was very punctual! We checked out too early and didn't have time to have breakfast, so they helped pack sandwiches and drinks for us to take away.

It was close to the center (Otogar), it was convenient for transportation, and the breakfast was delicious!! I would like to stay here again when I go to Cappadocia.

Amazing hotel, very close to the Goreme bus station- so it was super easy for us to reach here. Close proximity to practically all good places. Staff is polite, rooms are nice. Rooftop is the best! Recommended to go there early morning to view hot air balloons and in the evening to sit and chill. Breakfast is decent. Recommended!

I'm still reeling from the wonderful stay, that is Walnut House. Amongst hundredsss of hotels, tucked away in the heart of Goreme, this hidden gem left us feeling like we’d stumbled upon a secret, (I was debating whether to gate-keep). With their unique architecture, sweet touches throughout the place, and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, this humble family-run hotel is simply a work of art. Our room(7) was both cozy and aesthetically pleasing. Furthermore, their website allowed us to virtually take a walk through the hotel, prior to arriving, so we knew exactly what we were going into. Moving on to man of the hour, Ali, His selfless nature, patience and dedication were truly remarkable. He went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met, and his genuine hospitality made me feel like I were truly at home.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and a very good breakfast. Location is fantastic. In the middle of everything. Wifi was however not working in our specific room for longer than one or two minutes at a time and even that is intermittently. That was a huge frustration. They do have a roof terrace though with stunning views and wifi worked well there. All in all we had a great stay.

Cappadocia in itself is a dreamy place. We had a great time at walnut. The staffs were so so kind. Starting from the reception, to the housekeeping team and breakfast staffs. Always there to assist us. Bed was so comfy. Spacious room and luxurious bathroom. I surely recommend.

Nice and very cozy themed hotel. Wifi works well. Delicious buffet breakfasts on the beautiful viewing terrace. The rooms are warm (we had heated floors), small, but very pleasant in interior and comfortable in content. Very nice staff. Beautiful reception and entrance to the hotel. Cleaned every day: fresh towels, tea, coffee, sugar, cream, water. There is a kettle in the room. You can sit comfortably in the courtyard. The place is quiet due to the fact that the hotel space extends into the courtyard, although the location is in the very center and it is convenient to get to anywhere. I highly recommend it. No one will definitely remain indifferent.

Excellent location in the center of Goreme. Very clean hotel, not inside a cave as we expected but very welcoming. Friendly and helpful staff, they kept our luggage for us after check-out giving us the opportunity to use the bathroom at the end of the day.
