Very accommodating and friendly staff. Good location near the center. Have a very good view of the hot air balloons that give a magical day. Food is also nice.

The rooftop is a marvellous place to watch hot balloons and sunrise. The breakfast is great too. However, the lightning in the room is quite dark and the room is quite small.

- staff are very helpful with booking sunrise/ sunset activities, making it fuss free for us. hot air balloon is a must! - views from the public terrace is lovely - housekeeping is sloppy. the room is not very clean the trash is not emptied at all throughout our 3 days stay. no bottled water refilled daily and they charge 60 lira for a tiny bottle of water at the reception. empty toiletries from previous guests are still in the room… - WC is not ventilated and very sandy not sure if it’s like this for other cave hotels too

Good location for watching hot air balloons but there are too many staircases to climb. Staff are not keen to serve us but those who showed interest in joining local tours.

We are there for couple of nights. Pros: Hotel is slightly above the ground so you do get a decent view of the surroundings Service is okay Breakfast is average Hot water is available in rooms Cons: The beds we had in Room 25 were super creaky and not comfortable at all - given the price we paid for the suite cave room - I would say was disappointed with the beds provided. There are no dining options within the hotel but yes within 5 minutes walking downhill you do get the downtown restaurant access. Caution - the walk back uphill is a tough ask - do try Dibek restaurant if you want to for traditional floor sitting dining.

I booked a deluxe room, but was given an ordinary room, which was totally different from what I had booked. I was very disappointed with the room, which was completely different from what I had imagined. Fortunately, there was floor heating in the room, so it was warm. The breakfast was also good, and the dining environment was also good. However, there is not much difference between booking an ordinary room and a deluxe room, so you can just choose the ordinary one.

The popular hotel is easy to book in the off-season, but there is really no service. The wifi has always had problems and cannot be connected. The signal in the cave is not very good. I called the front desk on the first day and was told to wait a moment. Then I went to the front desk to deal with it on the second day. I couldn't connect again when I returned to the room. There was heavy snow and strong wind during the few days of check-in, and the hot air balloon was suspended. I slept peacefully in the morning. However, there is a restaurant upstairs from our room. The harsh sound of dragging chairs will continue from 7 o'clock. Please avoid room 13. Of course, we were supposed to be in the hot air balloon at this time. The view of the restaurant upstairs in the hotel is good. It must be great when the weather is good. The food is also good. The breakfast is ordinary. I only ate it for one day and gave up on the second day.

Very bad experience. The unreasonable design of the stairs is a minor issue, and the pitifully small room is also a minor issue. The hotel hygiene is worrying. The toilet and bed sheets are probably not cleaned. The hotel view is not as good as the Sudan next door, and the attitude of the staff is even worse. My parents' room leaked water under the bed, and they kept complaining before they changed the room. There are many stray cats in the hotel, and there is a fierce-looking black cat that scratches people's hands for food and jumps on the table to grab food.
