It's in a residential area, but still close to the supermarket and some restaurants. To the city center it's at least an hour by foot or minimum 20-30 minutes by car. The room is spacious and clean and the pool and kitchen are nice. In the morning there was quite a bit of noise, so it might not be the best place for those who would like to sleep in.

the parking area is spacious, the bathroom is clean, the wifi is also very fast, plus the staff are always smiling

We were with our 3 kids ( 21, 18 an 14 years) for 4 nights at the very confortable family room. It is a very cosy, clean and quiet place with very kind and helpful staff. Kitchen available and pool to relax. 100% recommended.
