As arrived I was told needed to pay 100 pound deposit , paid it not a problem thought was getting it returned following day when checked out , only to be told would be 5 /10 working days not very professional from the staff at all this should have been explained as I was left with nowhere to stay the night of checking out as the money weren’t transferred into my account

Overall very good clean hotel, great location. Was able to walk to many attractions. Great service!

Location great for West end.... Everything 15 minutes MAX walk.. Will book again..

The hotel was too expensive for the services they provided. Staff was unfriendly. We were given the basement room which did not have all the amenities not even the radiator was working but to be fair when asked for it they provided us with a room heater.

The location is good and the proximity area has lots of nice restaurants.

The house is in the neighborhood, convenient for shopping and living, the room facilities are complete and clean, the service attitude is good, it is a bit close to the train station, but you need to climb a hill, but it's okay!
