Compact room, clean, and has water dispenser. Nearby food courts and hawker centers. The only downside is the wifi--so slow and sometimes not working.

We enjoy the complimentary car park. The Muslim lady who checked us in on 8 July and checked us out on 11 July 2025 is very friendly and welcoming. Even the manager on duty the following day is proactive. He stopped what he was doing with the screen and welcomed me for my question, only to direct me to the receptionist when the receptionist assisted me to check on the room extension. The only shortfall was the bottom wall tiles inside the shower should be clean thoroughly. Also the side of the curtain near the bed allows bright sunlight into the bed area. Hope to see these fixed when we ate back again. Thank you!

Location is good, near to some popular eateries. Room is clean and basic facilities. We liked the hotel as there is parking available.

Stayed for medical check up, pretty near the Island Hospital which is around RM 5-7 by taxi. Thought the lobby looks beautiful, the room is in need of touch up. Walls dirty, floor a bit sticky and bathroom have rusty and the door can not close properly (Room 307). The toiletries is very watery pergaps they mix with water and the towel doesn’t looks clean.

Good price paid for a three night on a busy weekend. Staffs are observant and attentive and went extra mile to render help. Connecting room was good and ready upon our checkin. Plus point as we were already late to do check in after flight delay and this reduce hiccups! Only downside is probably the maintenance. Small area of the floor are sinking in. Otherwise everyone slept very soundly!

Nice little hotel nearby main area of Penang, very convenient to walk around and take grab nearby. Good place to stay for a short trip.

So far the hotel was good and clean. The location of the hotel also near to the attraction place and walkable. Recommended!

Reseptionist is very unpolite and jot responsible Lobby doesnt open air conditioner, the room is so dirty, the floor of the room is disgusting so dirty. The toilet is smell bad. I will not stay at this hotel anymore.
