We love the location of the hotel. The room was spacious enough and clean. The water pressure was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all we are very happy and would love to stay there again when we’re in penang

Hotel location is very good however there’s limited parking in the basement and in front of the hotel. A guard will show you where to park. The hotel bed is very comfortable, toilet is clean. Will come back again.

The rooms are nice but quite basic, only one towel for each person. Location is good. It is good for a short stay.

Our stay was quite nice overall. The room came equipped with a hot shower and hair dryer. For ironing, you’d have to step outside the room. It’s a good idea to bring your own shampoo and body wash since the ones they provide are from an unknown brand and may not be suitable for everyone. The room was spacious so we’re likely to consider coming back.
