everything was very fine, services good, cleanliness good, and also the receptionist was very soft spoken, hope to stay again there!

The hotel location is at Lebih Farquhar, George town Penang. The room is clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly. No deposit when you check in the hotel. Parking is free provided by the hotel. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance.

Reasonable prices, spacious rooms. Tried the revolving lounge; buffet lacked variety but food itself was good, although on the pricey end. Loved Penang as a whole and this hotel was at a prime spot. Overall a pleasant experience.

Safe and sound to stay. Room was big and spacious. Highly recomeded!

Hotel room was bigger than expected. Room is relatively clean but a bit old. Had a great dinner experience at the one and only revolving restaurant in Malaysia. Strongly recommend the buffet with very wide spread of food choices.

Arrived around 6pm and the checked inn was great. Got room on higher floor as per requested. Nice pool view. We didnt take the breakfast as we plan going out eat at that time. Overall it was a nice place to stay especially the location was superb.

The room smells of carpet and the toiletries are not very good.

Right from check in to check out this hotel was a nightmare. 1. Check in started with an argument with the reception staff who was adamant on charging the entire local fee of MYR 13 at check in even though MYR 10 out of this fee had already been paid at the time of booking and only MYR 3 were to be paid. 2. Room allotted to us was so isolated it seemed like in another world. 3. Room had not been opened in a long time and was in dire need of maintenance. 4. Furniture was old, dusty and full of scratches and wear. 5. Ironing board was so stained that you just couldn't iron white or light colored clothes on it. 6. Tea creamer was solidified, stinking and expired. 7. There was no socket for mobile charging by bed side which made it very inconvenient as after a day of travel evening is the time to check out missed notifications and make arrangements for travel ahead. 8. Hotel provided only 500 ml of water per person per day and refused to provide free drinking water thereafter. 9. Upon contacting hotel staff for commuting options from Penang to KL, we were scared to death by the hotel staff to check out at 9 am for our flight at 10 pm from KLIA. We left at around 11 am and comfortably reached KLIA well in time. Misinformation by hotel staff kept us worried and stressed throughout the day. Location is good. Near to the famous Penang Art Street. Very spacious room, although it seems a bit old with worn out furnitures. Good buffet breakfast. Overall, it was good stay.

Good location, suitable for families spacious room

We booked for deluxe room and requested for high view with partial sea view as stated in the policy. However, the room assigned was at 6th floor which is the lowest as stated in the policy. We have voiced out this matter to the receptionist on duty but the receptionist's attitude is rude and just telling us no extra room available at high floor without taking 1 second to check their system and forced us to accept the room assigned. Furthermore, the toilet is not clean which we can see there is hair on the floor. Overall, it was disappointed to choose this hotel for our stay in Penang and definitely not recommended to the others.

The room needs upgrading. Bathtub was clogged and even twice calling for handyman to repair, the person never came!
