It is a very enjoyable and unique stay, I can’t stop taking pictures since almost every corner，every furniture or plant/tree has soul. In summary, it is a must-stay in George Town.

The entire experience is awesome. Staff are friendly and makes us feel like home! We got upgraded as well. Thank you for the services provided.

A very historic place that allow you experience how’s like to live in the past as a rich person. Where you can feel the feeling of living in the town area everywhere is access by feet / bicycle that’s provided by the hotel. High recommend you to rent a nyonya traditional clothes to get some photos here. To feel more in it. Historic building has been very well preserved.

V friendly hotel. While hotel is small, it also means guests would rcv dedicated services and full attention.  Hotel is rich in history.  So never miss the guided tours which are in high demand  (free for hotel guests). Close to many of the popular local foods. And just 20min from the airport.

A great experience to stay in a heritage hotel as Blue Mansion. The room is spacious and bathroom well renovated. For those who seek to try out a hotel that is unusual and unique, book yourself in one of 18 rooms available. The only downside is many visitors poking around to enjoy the house tour. We had a great time, staff were friendly and helpful.

The room has zero natural lighting, the bedsheets are moist when we first checked in. We asked the manager to help us work out a solution, there was a lot of attitude. They refused to refund said’that never happened’ and kicked us out without helping with our luggages. 如果你想憎恨槟城，可以住这家酒店，让你看看什么是华人骗华人。房间像地窖，每扇窗都被堵住像牢笼，不像标注的是有窗有景。床是湿的，无法入住，但依照酒店经理阴阳的语气说是从未退过任何人一分钱钱，出来时甚至不让员工帮我们拿行李。只好委托客服沟通，联系了四五天酒店才回复，像黑店一样，总之就是一分不退。

Amazing heritage hotel with great amenities in a convenient location! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great stay at the Blue Mansion for NYN. Great surprise with the Jazz Bands at the Indigo resturant and the bar. Good location and walkable within the city. Next door to the Red House for local food and entertainment. Only concern was some signs of mould on the walls and behind the wardrobe. Great tour for learning the origin of the mansion and how it became a hotel.

Booked the Old Kitchen room for our anniversary and this place absolutely delivered. With beautiful traditional decor and amazing amenities everywhere in the mansion, my only regret is only staying for a night! Will definitely return when I’m in Penang again!

Excellent and historic restored building. Boutique hotel with antique look but with modern facilities.

The stay was awesome! The complimentary tour about the history of the place was great and buffet breakfast that was included was yummy! There's even free Kuehs on the first day of stay.
