Always a reliable and aesthetic place to explore Penang from. Clean, comfortable rooms and shared kitchen space to prepare food (fridge, microwave, water dispenser, no pots and pans though). Free use of washer and dryer! Recently started providing free simple breakfast of bread and coffee/tea. Walkable to many places in the area including cafes, a thrift shop, motor rental and mosque 🕌

Great self check-in experience! The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and restaurants. I appreciated the privacy and flexibility of checking in on my own schedule. The host was responsive and helpful via message. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay — I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Easy to self check-in with the instructions given. The call to customer service was very easy and they provide light breakfast for free.

For a budget hotel it is great! Definitely go in with the expectation of a hostel and you would be impressed. The room is sizeable and it’s nice to have en-suite shower and toilet facilities. No hand soap but used the body soap from the toilet. The walls are thin so can hear people talk loudly at night. The common areas are clean and generally well kept. Would recommend for those on a budget! Location is good enough to easily grab towards all the attractions, and close enough to the food courts to walk to.

The hotel location is near town but limited parking just park at roadside. The pillow is very uncomfortable to me. The curtain too thin even i off the light at all at night the room still very bright to me. The basin is too small so when wash face all the water will drop on the floor so if can provide 1 more floor mat or towel will be better other than that all is ok. All the room no tv.!

Clean and cozy interior, especially the design. The only downside is the room card which is very hard to scan and open the door. Overall it’s a very good place for your budgeted trip.

The accommodation is very perfect, exactly as advertised. The staff answered questions in a friendly manner. The bed is comfortable, and there are many pillows. Strong and stable WiFi Connection.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and I really appreciated the basic complimentary breakfast provided. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. However, the soundproofing could be improved as noises from the hallway and nearby rooms were quite noticeable. Also, parking can be a bit challenging as there are limited spots around the area but can still park at the public carpark near by or opposite the Anson Road market. Overall, still a great place for a short and comfortable stay!

The worst experience ever. 1. The manager/owner is very rude. They using harsh word and anger tone when you ask the question for check in. 2. Very hard to find a parking. You will never find a parking spot nearby. The nearest parking is like one hour walking from this place. 3. The place is very dirty. They didn’t clean their matress and comforter. Also i see a cockroach near the bed. 4. If you want to poop, the room is going to smell because the toilet sliding door cannot close . AND THE TOILET IS ONLY 1 INCH FROM YOUR BED . It is really disgusting. 5. Trust me it’s not worth the price at allowing
