It’s very sad that the swimming pool was under renovation during our stay, we didn’t get to swim, also didn’t aware of the gym center, afternoon tea wasn’t sent to our room, no bathtub but room is clean and spacious

Received warm welcome gifts in the room & check out gifts. Lobby & main restaurant under major renovation, else the experience wud be perfect.

Proactive bellboy, warm reception and daily free macaroons. Wake up to a gallery mountain view, it just makes a Genting trip complete!

probably one of the better hotels at the peak of genting. amazing view from the room. room was comfortable and there was sufficient space. breakfast service has to be improved though. breakfast was ala carte and we waited close to an hour for our breakfast to be served. even the coffee took an hour. the next day, we just skipped the breakfast completely.

Nice hotel with great amenities and view! Will definitely come back to this hotel if I’m coming to Genting

From start to finish, my stay at Resort World Genting- Crockfords was nothing short of outstanding. This is one of those rare hotels where every detail is thoughtfully curated to deliver a world-class experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special. Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night. The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords.

I can feel the warmness from the hotel room decoration and service staff. Hope to come back again to Crockfords hotel.

Crockford hotel is really very pretty, clean and welcoming. Love the London design of the hotel exterior and their shuttle bus services to Genting Grand side making traveling easier. With the shuttle bus, going to the affiliated gym and pool is so much easier. The staff are friendly and helpful. I can see staff constantly keeping the place clean. I will give extra praise to this Chinese lady manager (which I forget to get her name) for bringing us to the 3rd floor card member counter to make the Genting card even though she was busy with other things while I interrupted her. The room are big and clean. The showering area is very good. There’s the crockford bear inside the room too. Crockford hotel is near the main area shopping malls, indoor and outdoor theme park and the casino so is really convenient. The attractive designs of the walk path to the hotel become and attraction for photo taking as it is so beautifully decorated. Will stay again next time :)

Many little surprise gift given by hotel. Free dessert and fruits inside room. Bed is comfort and near to Sky Avenue with lots of variety of foods.

The service was superb. Stayed for 2 nights and they allowed us to check in 1hr early and check out 1hr later. They provided macarons as tea snack and the room was very clean and spacious. The amenities provided were top tier as well. View was great!! A welcome and parting gift was also given. Will be back again and worth the value. Vibes was really great. Only improvement/suggestion would be a smart TV 😂

Check-in was a bit confusing as a staff took my passport and asked us to take a seat, thereafter another staff came over to do the paperwork and said would msg via WhatsApp when the room was ready. By 3pm there was no msg received and we went to the counter and had to queue to check with the counter staff. When it was our turn the staff made a call and said the room was ready and asked us to go up to L3 to collect the keys. At L3 there is another counter which luckily we were first in queue but needed to wait while the staff verified and programmed the keys. The staff mentioned he would give us a room that was nearer. When we walked to our room, we saw a porter pulling our luggage ahead of us to another room and we needed to inform him the correct room that we were at, and the room was not set up initially such that we could not access the internet. Hence the first impression was not good. For the first night the pillows smell and when the next day we asked for the bedsheets to be changed, there's no more smell so we suspect the sheets were not changed earlier. Other than these, the room is spacious and has quite a few thoughtful features such as welcome fruits and mini cakes, ability to electronically control the temperature, lighting and curtains, and daily supply of bottled water, which made the stay comfortable.

Very comfortable stay but the gym and pool are located at another hotel which u need to take a transfer to. You also cannot access your hotel from the casino’s Gold Club on level 3 through the platinum club. You have to go back to the basement level and make your way back to your hotel. Very inconvenient when your room card already gives u access to gold club which is connected to the platinum club.
