the staff at the front desk was really nice. the room was really clean and well organised too and the food at the burger shop downstairs was yummy.

Budget and spacious hotel compare to Genting core area.. the only things need to improve is cleanliness of room, the rest are ok with this kind of price

The place is quite clean but the view is fantastic! It might be a bit confusing for some people to find their hotel room since they have lots of towers but if you follow the instructions and signs, you will find your room. Will come here again for sure ๐Ÿ˜Š oh you can just watch the sunrise from the hotel too!

An unforgettable experience in my life. They upgraded my room to a sister hotel, which was newly opened. However, the so-called upgrade was actually a downgrade for me, as the environment, service, and cleanliness were terrible. The floor and tables were covered in dust and dirt, and the heater was not working properly. Additionally, there was no phone provided in the room. Basically, the room was not ready for guests. I hope the hotel takes our feedback seriously.

Staff are friendly, environment quite good. Request for non corner room, but at the end get a corner room. The toilet is a bit smelly, especially after flushing the toilet.

We recently stayed at Magtree Genting hotel, in room 2004, tower 4, and had a mixed experience overall. The hotel is generally okay, but there are a few areas that need improvement. Firstly, the bunk bed in our room seemed to be broken. When our children slept on it, the bed shook quite a bit, which was concerning. This issue needs to be addressed promptly, either by repairing or replacing the bunk bed to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests. Secondly, the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. It was not cleaned thoroughly, and this was quite disappointing. A higher standard of cleanliness is expected, especially in the bathroom area. As for the breakfast, it was just so-so. The selection was quite limited, with options such as fried noodles, fried rice, Nasi lemak, soup noodles, small sausages, fried eggs, roti canai, curry chicken and bread. However, there was no milk, cereal, or cake for the children. Additionally, we found that the creamer seemed to have been bitten by either a cockroach or a mouse, which was quite unappetizing. We have photos to support this observation. Overall, while the hotel is generally okay, there are significant areas that need improvement, particularly with the bunk bed, bathroom cleanliness, and breakfast quality. We hope these issues will be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience.
