We booked the Quads room and everything is good, looking out to the greens everyday and the air is very good! The room service came in every morning but there is some issue with the room service call at the night when the children vomited on the bedsheets.. Some Cons of the hotel: 1) there is no drinkable hot water to get unlike First World Hotel 2) Even though we are just right beside the Theme park, we still have to walk to the Skyavenue to get to the main entrance of the theme park 3) we stayed at the Valley wing, so we are not very near to the main lobby too.

this trip book triple room, email to request for mountain view, and I really got it, just pay abit more, to book triple room, and it's much bigger and comfortable, upons arrival, just paid another 19 Ringgit, for ealry check in, get very clean room with mountain views, very happy with this trip stay, easy & fast check in, trip.com alwsys never fail me, will continue to book from trip .com, whenever I travel on free & easy. thank you trip.com and genting customer service. sorry forgot to take photo of the room, as in was excited with the mountain views.

Pros: Great value for money. Good location. Lots of storage and amenities provided within the unit Great Mountain View Cons: Bathroom drained was clogged, and had sewage smell coming. Bed sheet had some brown stains Kitchen sink had some smell too Wasn’t informed in advance that a RM200 deposit was required Summary: I will return again for my next trip Paying a cup of Genting Starbucks coffee feels more expensive than paying for this unit. There are a few thing need to be improved. Maybe the management can consider to change to smart tv. As there is no netflix/youtube. And the tv always show no signal. And there is broken window knob..Yes it is near to restaurant but whoever come with family on the weekend, the restaurant waiting hour is about 40-60 minutes to get food and if it raining, is hard to get parking and traffic was crowd. Please standby your own food for family who travel with kid. There is no food delivery service by grab/panda. Check in/out process is fast. Instruction is clear. No water dispenser (coway/cuckoo).kettle provided to boil water. Basic Cutlery (only for two pax)

at first, we had read reviews about the check in being in a different location from the actual hotel apartments but we thought it was around a 5 minute walk. the actual location is about 1km (25 min walk) away. as it was quite late, the check in staff eventually organised a lift to take us to the place. the room was nice, fitted with a kitchen, and the pool and gym are nice additions to the complex

The room & toilet are clean. If you are going to book rooms at Midhills, remember to bring your slippers and toiletries because they don't provide that stuff. It's quite far from Genting Highlands and markets. I suggest you bring everything you need like food, drinks and snacks before you check in. The lights are grounded the reason when you turn it on, there will be a sparkling sound. There is also no cable on TV. The Aircon is not cooling. The smell of the room is some kind of weird. Please don't take my review as negative. By this, you can have room for improvement in the future.

Rooms are big and spacious with balcony (we booked Delux King rooms) and there is option for joint rooms for families. Beautiful clean swimming pool. Pls stated Ur company list Infront of your counter or offices . I didn't receive any info on deposit payment because I've been checking with the info repeatedly before choosing any of the hotel or Airbnb pls stated UPFRONT . I have queue at one operator at first and spent sometimes on queuing and then when is my turn they said it's not under their operation so pls stated clearly who is whom room U are operating . During my check out time, I dunno Ur staff is being trained or not, I was the one she should attend at first but she attend other guest instead of me personally and the said didn't saw me just saw the person who direct to the counter?? What Ur eyes see only straight object is it????? . So frustrating ...overall the house is clean nice, good smell and nice facing open unit. . Thank you

Location is good. Walking distance from a lot of food and convenience stores and there's no need to go all the way up to the mountain top. However, the cleanliness needs to be greatly improved. There were many cobwebs and spiders in the rooms. The sofa has a lot of stains as well as one of the bed sheets. Front desk service needs improvement as the 3pm check-in queue was roughly 30-40 minutes. Front desk staff are not very helpful as they are unaware of any of the hotel's facilities, events or amenities. Check-out was another disaster as the wait for the lift was on average 45 minutes. If you book the mountain room, there's a main stretch of road where much of the road noise can be heard all night. If you book the city view, you have to deal with the on going construction noise nearby. You're expected to keep the place clean and dispose of any garbage at the refuse room, but they didn't provide any garbage bags. Overall, its decent for a casual stay - a bed to sleep on, hot water to shower, small kitchen to cook instant noodles if you need to, free parking for hotel guests - but don't expect much else. No comment on the facilities as I didn't use them.
