Forest City Carnelian Tower Summer Home Day Hotel（Infinity pool） Reviews

Positive feedback: *Unit 4105 was generally well maintained and clean. *Was concerned that the unit may have cigarette smoke smell since smoking is allowed, but am thankful we didn’t find any malodour issues with it.     *In terms of housekeeping, response from the team was quick - when I requested for additional floor mats and when I mistakenly enquired about provision of bath towels. *We could get pretty nice views from the unit and the location is convenient to walk to the financial hub, food eateries/restaurants, KK Mart, beach, etc2.     Opportunities for improvement: *Had to follow-up and ask for check in info, which was sent just before 2.00pm on day of check in. *Check in was delayed until about 4.30pm; was made to wait, follow up and chase, with reason given that property was fully booked the day before and there were too many units to clean! *Check out time was revised from 12.00pm to 11.00am, but notification was sent through whatsapp at 9.20am on check out day, which I was not aware of until about 11.09am when I check my messages. (Note: But pic agreed when I said we will check out at 12pm since we check in late and they informed us late about the change of timing.)

The person in charge gave the wrong secure box password, making me wait for half an hour before providing the room card!

Good location within forest city, as it is beside the pools and beach, beside the mall and eateries, so everything is just within walking distance.

Our stay was terrific, although the location being a bit farther from the main town area presented some challenges with ride-sharing drivers finding us. However, we truly appreciated the peaceful environment and absolutely loved the stunning view from our room.

My family and I have a great night & enjoy staying in your property. I book 3 unit and all this unit is very clean & everything here is amazing. Tq so much 🙏😍❤️

Environment clean and natural..

This B&B is not recommended: 1. The location is really remote, and it takes more than an hour to drive to the tourist destination; 2. The B&B has a lot of management problems. When I booked the room, I was told that it would be a large bed of 1.8 meters and a It was a double bed, but it was actually a 1.5-meter bed and a 1.2-meter bed. Three adults and a child could not sleep together at all, so one of them had to sleep on the sofa. Then the room was quite dusty and my rhinitis started to come in. There was also a basic positioning issue; the mattress was upside down, with the springs on top and the padded side facing downwards. This was a basic mistake. 3. I checked in at 10pm and found that the bed in the room was not right. I wanted to change it, but neither WeChat housekeeper nor Ctrip customer service could contact the person in charge. No one handled it at all. They also asked me to get more than a dozen room cards by myself, one by one. Go find it, this is actually very disrespectful to the guests. 4. The facilities of the B&B are not good. The facilities on the 31st floor are just a very small swimming pool and a very small gym, which are basically not used by anyone. 5. There are many problems with the rooms. There is no bedside lamp in each room, and the water in the water heater is not hot when you turn it up a little when taking a shower. The toilet paper is like something from decades ago. 6. When I contacted the housekeeper, he said I could check in at 12 o'clock, but when I got to the downstairs of the B&B, he told me that I could only check in at 3 o'clock, so I had to drive more than an hour to the city center. In short: unless you want to come and see the Forest City project, it is not Definitely not recommended!

The room is on the second top floor, 41st floor, with a particularly wide view of the endless sea. Overseas is Singapore and Indonesia, located at the junction of the three countries. Downstairs is the beach, suitable for vacation

The only advantage is that the beach and water play are nearby.... The rest is too remote... The room is average... I confirmed again and again that there was a balcony before checking in, but when I checked in, there was none in both rooms!

After all, it is a homestay, and the facilities and services cannot be compared with those of a big hotel, but it is also very good, and the cost performance is still very high. The best thing about the hotel is the view, which is really a super sea view room.

It's really worth staying here. The infinity pool is on the 31st floor of the hotel. It's very beautiful. There is also a gym. Downstairs is the beach and there is a children's playground.
