This is a lovely family run hotel. We arrived late evening and the proprietor was waiting for us and helped us with the baggage. The room was clean and comfortable. It is less than 5 mins walk to the wanchaq train station that goes to machu picchu. They very kindly allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel when we went to machu picchu without additional costs even though we didn’t have a return reservation with them. Will definitely stay here again

Good and unique small scale hotel. Quiet, clean, good staffs.

The hotel is about 40 minutes' drive from the salt lake. The hotel can help call a taxi. The service is good, the breakfast is good, and the payment is suitable in local currency.

The room was nice and had all the facilities you would need. The front desk was very welcoming and provided very detailed directions. What touched me most was that because it was my birthday that day, they gave me a birthday cake in the evening, sang a birthday song for me, and took a short video. I was so touched.

New hotel, clean, lovely staff, very good breakfast, delicious drip coffee, but the room is very cold at night, not enough heater and no liquid soap, incomplete amenities.

This is my second time booking. The room I booked this time is bigger. The bathroom has floor heating. The room has a hot water heater. There is a kettle. The service is as good as before. Ctrip said that breakfast is not included, but the hotel gave breakfast. I am very satisfied.

The hotel is comfortable and well-maintained. The beds and sheets provide a good night's sleep, and guests are welcomed with muña tea to help them adapt to the altitude of Cusco. The breakfast is great, as is the service provided by the lady in charge, whose name I unfortunately can't remember right now, but a cake is missing from the menu. The reception staff, Monica, Alfred, and Diego, are helpful, polite, and available to meet guests' needs. It is close to the train station and also to the two transportation providers to Machu Picchu, Inka Rail and Peru Rail, which makes it much easier to board the bus to the Sanctuary. To get to the historic center on foot takes about 15 to 20 minutes, and by app it takes about 5 minutes, and the cost is around 12 soles. I only have one observation for improving the accommodation, which would be to find a way to minimize the noise from the reception to the rooms on the ground floor, considering that in the early hours of the morning many of the guests leave for Machu Picchu.

Except that the breakfast was a bit unimpressive, I'm still satisfied with the room size and comfort. It's a convenient five-minute walk from the bus stop back to Machu Picchu~

I am very satisfied with everything. The service is enthusiastic and detailed. Luggage storage is provided. There is a heater in the room, which is very warm. The room design is also very modern. We will also provide packed dinner if we want to get up early.
