Our stay was good, but they could improve in terms of cleanliness... we found several dead bugs. The breakfast could also be improved with more variety. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, perhaps the bottom sheet, which was made of plastic, is not a good idea...

Location: very close to Nami Island, just a minute drive to the hotel The room is super spacious, with a balcony which you can enjoy the scenery of Nami Island There're free parking as well

The staff in the check in counter cannot speak some basic English so they just gave me a memo in which the instructions and rules of the resort are written in English. Regarding the facilities, there are a lot, such as projector and speaker, while the visitors have to bring the laptop in order to connect with them. Last but not least, the view is soooooo pretty and it's super quiet!

The place is so noisy at night, you can hear all the pipes and water from the upstairs neighbours, and you can even hear all their steps and talking. Calling the front desk doesn’t help. For such a peaceful place, you need earplugs to sleep. Aside from that the place was clean and the jacuzzi was nice. The balcony has nice views and you can enjoy breakfast there if your prepare it yourself.

The location is not that convenient and the restaurant around the hotel close a bit early but you can enjoy a great view to Nami Island.

Hot tub didn’t work. Hot water didn’t work. Bugs everywhere outside hotel. Do not recommend.

Location is perfect for restaurants and right next to the Nami island ferry station.

Not far from the Nami Island wharf, just 10 minutes walk, the location is fine. But you better have breakfast in the resort and prepare cup noodles in the room as there are no restaurants nearby or not open until noon. The room is clean and big, good for family. It is surprising the room has "projector screen" in front of the master bed, so you can play videos or games before sleeping. The environment is silent and peaceful, and the balcony is superb. My room at block 16 is very close to the pier of Nami Island side, so you can watch the travellers landing there, very funny scene. In sum I highly recommend this resort, though the price is at high end.

A resort that is out of the city with a stunning view overlooking river and mountains. You can also see many ferry that goes towards Nami island. Pretty spacious interior with a jacuzzi in it. However, it is a hassle if you do not drive as there is not much food in the resort other than a bbq pit that starts at 6pm. Not recommended to bbq during winter. P.S. bring a device with hdmi connection to use the projector at the bed!
