I was disappointed by my stay, but it might because I am a foreigner and was needing help figuring out my way around the area. When I asked the receptionist at night about a bus transfer to Dege, she told me a bus would be available in the morning. But then in the morning, there was no bus and she couldn’t get me a taxi. The hotel seems to also be unfair for their employees, as the receptionist was sleeping behind the desk all night! I guess that is one way to have a 24-hour reception, but I don’t think it was good of anyone!

We loved the hotel, the location was perfect, the rooms and the bathrom were clean and spacious. The stuff were willing to help us with everything and they were all very friendly, especially the girl at the reception Dexi Qingcuo and even the cleaning lady was so nice and cheerful.  If we come back we will stay at the same hotel for sure.

It was a fantastic place to stay. The room was very clean, the view on the mountains was beautiful and the staff was really helpful to answer all of our questions, from where to eat to how to travel around the region. Excellent reception attitude at the front desk (of Zima notably). I definitely recommend. Thanks !

We have travelled China for 2 months and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Newly furnished, clean, spacious rooms with super comfy beds, heated floor so nice and cosy. Good sound insulation. Very friendly helpful reception and cleaning staff. Lamu was always available to help at the front desk. We will be coming back!!

The location of the room is OK, it is quiet at night, the room is bright and clean, parking is convenient at the door, and the security guard will help move the car in the morning. It is hard to describe the bathroom. The water drain of the wash basin is very slow, and the water is full after a while. The water of the shower faucet is small and scattered, and it is impossible to rinse. It is too late and I am too lazy to say anything. I just deal with it for one night. In addition, the air freshener in the room is so fragrant that I feel dizzy. It doesn't work even if I tie it up in a bag, so I finally put it outside the door.

Oh my god, the bed is too small. The shower head is leaking everywhere. The breakfast buns are moldy. Are they really not afraid of causing problems for consumers?

The design is problematic. The shower is above the bathtub. How to take a bath without a bathtub? Stand in the bathtub. The water temperature takes a long time to adjust. There are not many types of breakfast. The front desk lady is very friendly.

Every time I come to this city, I will choose this hotel. The room is in a great location and the room is clean. I will recommend it to my friends for their stay.

The hotel is ok, but the front desk staff seemed to see that we were in a bad mood. They got impatient when we asked a few more questions. I was speechless. They looked at our compatriots in a bad mood and tourists and wanted to lick them. What's wrong? We didn't pay.

It exceeded my expectations. I have stayed here for the second time. The room was newly renovated and very nice. I liked it very much. There was milk bread for free. The front desk lady had a very good service attitude👍
