The service is like the hotel claimed to make 100% perfect. Well maintained, and always clean and cleaning. Front desk is very helpful and happy what they are doing. The is a perfect example for managing a hostel.

Great place that I will definitely recommend to anyone. Location is central, easy to get to almost anywhere. Reception staff are friendly and resourceful, providing informations that you’ll need (such as things to do and places to go in Galway, tours available, and even the best pubs and food areas around) during check-in. Common area is simply amazing. Room is clean and cosy with comfy beddings. Bathroom is clean and considerably big. 10/10 experience over here!

Kinsay is the thumbs up hostel having the friendliest staff, awesome location & super clean rooms. It is slightly pricey but it includes breakfast and has the strictest security ever. For taller people, choose the upper deck as i keep hitting my head on the lower deck. I love the pub crawl as a way to meet people and had the most fun ever in Kinlay in Galway!

Hostel is a short walk from the train station and many shops and restaurants. The common area of this property is really nice and they have a guitar and piano for those inclined. They also provide tea and coffee and fruit at no extra charge which is nice. Breakfast was above average and I enjoyed it.

One of the nicest hostels I’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable beds with a privacy curtain, amazing shower and clean facilities! The kitchen is well equipped so you can save a bit of money by cooking your own meals once in awhile! Would highly recommend and will stay again!

The location is convenient, very close to the bus station, and the reserved one day tour will meet outside the hotel. The breakfast is rich, there is free coffee and biscuits at 4:30 in the afternoon, and the counter staff are very friendly.

Location is so good. Both bus terminals are a 5-minute walk away. Of all the dormitories I have stayed in so far, the staff is the friendliest. There is a bathroom in each room and it is located far from the common area, which is inconvenient, but it is clean and there is a hair dryer. There isn't much to eat for free breakfast, but it's nice. There was also a pub crowd, so I participated, but I was the only Asian... so I felt lonely.
