The location is the only good thing about the hotel the service was really bad they talk about you in front of your face in a different language and are very rude. Our first room was not very clean sooooi rude 0/10

The room is very clean and big with full finished. Location is good.

We were surprised how nice the room looked when we walked in. Looked clean and new except for the bathtub which looked stained. We swam in the pool and had a good view of the ocean. When we woke up in the morning we found bed bugs on both beds and we had bites on us. Not sure if they care, we tried to tell the housekeeper ect and they just took the sheets off the bed and moved on to the next room. Do not stay here.

The front desk staff was very friendly. However, we were surprised by the new 15.00 a day parking fee that was not advertised. Was to be free parking when I booked the reservation. Room appeared clean but was not sure about the sheets. We stayed 3 nights and with parking paid over 200.00 per night and did not receive any cleaning services or towels or coffee refills for the coffee maker. The creamer appeared to be so old it was melted and felt like a plastic breaths strip. I ended up drinking my coffee with only sugar. There was old fruit left in the refrigerator from previous guests I would assume. Phone in room is non-operational. We didn’t try the breakfast. We did run out of toilet paper and no extra was in the room. We complained to the front desk when we returned and we still had not had our room cleaned or supplies updated. They said they don’t do cleaning service or provide clean towels and toiletries for the room during our stay. There was a small cockroach in the bathroom alive, I had a hard time sleeping thinking about it still being in the room somewhere as I could find where it went to kill it. . We were very disappointed and will not stay again.

This hotel was in a great location for us to get on our cruise from the Galveston port. There was a smell in the room and the tubs were actually kind of gross. So we literally just used it as a place to sleep, wash up and leave the next morning. Staff was kind, breakfast was ok. Again it served its purpose.
