Response from Property: Είχατε κάνει κράτηση στο ξενοδοχείο μας ένα δίκλινο δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι.Σας καλωσορίσαμε ,σας δώσαμε το δωμάτιο και επειδή ήσασταν η τελευταία άφιξη της ημέρας σας ενημερώσαμε εκ των προτέρων οτι επειδή το δωμάτιο ήταν απο τα μικρά μας δωμάτια οχι φυσικά 2 επι 2 όπως αναφέρατε, μπορούμε αν δείτε οτι δεν βολεύεστε να σας αλλαξουμε πολύ ευχαρίστως δωμάτιο την επόμενη ημέρα.Μπήκατε στο δωμάτιο,το είδατε, το χρησιμοποιήσατε και μετά από 3 ώρες κατεβήκατε στη ρεσεψιόν και μας είπατε οτι το δωμάτιο είναι μικρό και εμείς σας απαντήσαμε οτι σας έχουμε ήδη πει οτι αύριο θα σας αλλάξουμε δωμάτιο.Εσείς στη συνέχεια και ενώ η ρεσεψιόν είχε πελάτες προσπαθήσατε να δημιουργήσετε πρόβλημα.Αφού λοιπόν θέλαμε να αποφύγουμε τα προβήματα και τις εντάσεις μπροστά στους υπόλοιπους πελάτες και αφού σας είχαμε δώσει ήδη την επιλογή αλλαγής δωματίου την επόμενη ημέρα και αφού συνεχίσατε να θέλετε να δημιουργήσετε αρνητικές εντυπώσεις μπροστά στους υπόλοιπους πελάτες ,σας ενημερώσαμε πως μπορείτε να αποχωρήσετε απο το ξενοδοχείο μας χωρίς καμία χρέωση,όπως και έγινε.

Response from Property: Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την υπέροχη κριτική σας.Χαιρόμαστε πολύ που είχατε μια όμορφη διαμονή στο κατάλυμα μας και που απολάυσατε το Ελληνικο Παραδοσιακο Πρωινό μας οπου τα περισσότερα απο τα υλικά που σας προσφέρουμε έιναι αγνά υλικά δικής μας παραγωγής.Η καθαριότητα των δωματίων αλλα και ολόκληρου του ξενοδοχείου αποτελεί προτεραιότητα μας.Χαιρόμαστε επίσης που βρήκατε την τοποθεσία μας βολική και ήσυχη.Θα χαρούμε να σας φιλοξενήσουμε ξανά σύντομα.
