We all know that the staff are the first thing that gives us our first impression of a hotel. For me, the staff at Noormans Hotel were friendly and helpful. On the first night, I complained about the AC and asked the receptionist to change my room. I waited only a few seconds, and the staff were ready with the key and a cart to help me move my things. The food was also good; your tummy will be happy. I loved how clean the room was and that the amenities were complete. All in all, I loved my stay at Noormans Hotel.

Clean and comfortable, the boss's hotel is very clean and sanitary. The steak rice in the restaurant is delicious and crispy.

The location is quite strategic, close to toll access. The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas needs to be improved, especially since there are many moldy ceilings and dirty & peeling paint. Wifi speed can also be improved. For room service, I ordered 2 foods, namely gado-gado and lumpia. Both were very delicious, thumbs up.

The refill of the bath soap wasn't full, so I stayed for 3 days when it was finished for 2 days, when I squeezed it, it didn't come out, instead it came out a little bit, I had to press 5 times or more before I could use the soap, even then I had to be patient because it came out a little bit 😅.. please pay attention.. I used it for 1 day My own soap because in the morning I had already checked out so I asked for it to be filled... oh yes, on the 2nd day the bathroom wasn't cleaned, the toothbrush wasn't renovated, I still used a new one 🤭 but the towels were changed.
