The location is convenient, very close to the subway station. Exit C of Shudou Line 1 is only two to three hundred meters away. The Pingtung bus station is just across the road from the hotel. It is convenient for travel! The hotel is relatively old, but the basic facilities are still passable and general needs can be met. However, the hotel's hygiene is relatively weak. The hotel should strengthen this aspect, especially the movable glass door in the bathroom. It should be cleaned. It’s within the hotel’s capabilities! The breakfast is basically enough to satisfy you, but the style is a little simpler. You can try to make some improvements, especially to make some adjustments based on the preferences of young people! Completely objective evaluation! Don't praise it, don't step on it! From a travel perspective, it can still be used as a travel choice! But if it is a family with relatively high requirements for food and accommodation, you can ignore it!

Five-star reviews, let me talk about the details: It is a designed homestay, renovated from a college, the courtyard environment is very comfortable, and the whole street is very literary. It is also convenient to walk to Sanjie Qixiang (this attraction is really suitable for city work, but the snacks taste average)
As many reviews say, the sound insulation is a little worse, but it is acceptable. It is said that it is also being upgraded. It mainly depends on the quality of the guests at the same time. It also depends on the mood of staying (I happened to meet a naughty boy who ran and jumped up the stairs and learned to call like a fire-breathing dragon in the yard at 8 o'clock in the morning. Because I have a good impression of this city and have fun, I don’t mind)
The homemade braised noodles and fish balls for breakfast are good (better than the restaurant I found myself), but the side dish sausage is a bit unmatched with other things and needs to be improved.
Because of the geographical location, parking is also a problem. The hotel should have cooperation with the community opposite, and parking is available (the hotel reimburses the car fee). It’s just that the location is relatively tight and you need to contact in advance.
It is a homestay that I will consider staying in if I have the chance. I am generally satisfied.

This hot spring hotel is in the city, inside the hot spring park, which is very convenient for traveling, visiting the park, and going to the station.
You can soak in hot springs at will during your stay in the hotel. There are not many hot spring pools, but they are all very clean, including fish therapy pool, Chinese medicine pool, white wine pool, beer pool, with a temperature of 38-42 degrees. There is also an indoor children's play pool, where you can massage and surf. Children like it very much. There is always someone managing it, which is good. If someone is rubbing in the pool, there will be staff to stop it👍.
There are not too many people, and there is no terrible situation of dumplings.
The private bath king bed room we stayed in has a large room, a large bath, and a SPA bed, but it is uncomfortable without a window.
The hotel service is very good, especially Manager Bai took care of us a lot, because there were children to increase the amount of breakfast, the children's hot spring admission was also given, and helped to pump up the children's swimming ring. The highlight of my visit was the suite—it was simply amazing! Spacious, elegantly designed, and impeccably clean, the suite exuded luxury in every detail. The panoramic city views from the large windows were breathtaking, both during the day and at night when Fuzhou lights up. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the high-quality amenities, including the rainfall shower and plush bathrobes, added to the indulgence.
The dining options at the hotel were also good.

The first room given to be had strong smoking smell , probably left by the previous customer. Seem the hotel claim itself to be smoke free , they should take serious step to clean up the room before releasing. However the front desk was very helpful and make a change immediately without much question. I also seen cigarette butt in the main lobby and saw someone walking freely with cigarettes while the lobby staff try to be polite and ask him to stop without success. The hotel should provide a better training and protection to their staff in handling such cases. Other than this , services are up to their 5 star standard. It will be my top 2 choice when in town.

The hotel is in a good location, right by the river, about a 10-minute walk from the subway entrance. There are shared bicycles and taxis, which are very convenient. The decoration style is relatively new, but the facilities are quite complete. The staff is warm and helpful.

DDaniel RodThe hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street.
The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist.
The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries.
The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same).
In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

MMichele Tan M WWe stayed here for 4 days and it exceeded our expectation. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities, including the complimentary Wi-Fi and well-stocked minibar, were top-notch.
The location is perfect – close to major attractions but tucked away enough to provide a quiet retreat after a busy day. I also loved the on-site restaurant, which offered a delicious vegetarian breakfast with a wide variety of options.
The customer service was exceptional. The staffs, Ashley (Front Office Manager), Roy Huang(Guest Service Manager) and Eric (Guest Service Manager) went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, from offering personalized recommendations for local sights to accommodating special requests promptly.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a combination of luxury, convenience, and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

Washer and dryer are free to use. Orange scented toiletries are nice. Twin beds are big, enough for 2A2C. Overall a good place to stay.

TTou²My family and I stayed here for a night cause we transit to Chongqing the next day. There is free shuttle service available to pick up from airport. Just need to communicate with the staff before you arrive via wechat. Communication was on point, check in was efficient. the room was spacious and clean. the staff who work at the restaurant were all very friendly as well. recommended to stay if you need to take an early flight the next day as they also provided you shuttle service to airport.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and sanitary, with sea view outside the window, and takeaway is also very convenient in the surrounding area. The boss is very welcoming. He can drive us to town to eat local specialties at mealtime. He also provides airport drop-off and wake-up service in the morning. We don't even have to carry our luggage ourselves. The five-star service is really great!

EEricThis hotel has held up well for it's age, as it is well maintained. The facilities and service personnel are definitely top-notched. Sleep quality was great. So was the food offerings at the Horizon Floor. However we are not thrilled by the location of the hotel. The adjoining shopping was easily accessible, but the 2 subway lines were quite a distance walk. Would certainly stay again if we are back.

AAnh-BaoThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for.
Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

GGuest UserThis is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel.
We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable.
The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed.
Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore.
Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!

JJenson HiahHave booked this hotel for 4 nights, on the third day the hotel told me I have to evacuate the premises in 2 hours, as they have encountered water and electricity issues, they just tell you to leave and without any service recovery, I was nearly stranded at such short notice…they should have a better protocol to address this, nevertheless I like this hotel and I do recommend for travelers looking for a clean and budget accommodation in Fuzhou.
