I had a great staycation here. The staff were so helpful, even contacting me after to help me with things I'd left in the room. The bath is so luxurious!

Love the design of the hotel. The moment you walk in the lobby, you’ll be greeted by a lovely scent. The hot spring tub in the room is really spacious. The staff are really friendly and polite. The pillows and linens are comfortable. It is a pity the room is not sound proof, otherwise everything would be perfect.

When it is cold, I bring children to the hot spring and play in the water. The environment is very comfortable and clean. The room has a window and the hot spring will not feel stuffy. The room will not be very wet.

In the city center, easy to go anywhere The lobby is very large and beautiful, with the feeling of a star hotel, the front desk attitude is very good, The main reason for booking here is that it is a soup pool. The pool is very large, which is much more comfortable than a bathtub. The water is hot enough, and it is very comfortable to take a dip. The breakfast is on the third floor. I wear slippers and go downstairs to eat breakfast and then go back to the room to soak in the hot spring.

Secondly, the hotel room has its own hot spring pool, the hot spring water is fast, and there is a TV beside the pool with rich programs. You can listen to songs or watch TV while soaking in the hot spring. The front desk and room service staff of the hotel have a good attitude and feel at home.

One thing to note is that we stayed for two days in a row. We arrived at around 2:30 in the afternoon on the first day. Maybe the guests had just checked out yesterday and there was no time to clean. We registered first, took the room card and put the luggage into the room. At this time, the room was clean. Simple cleaning but not very clean. The bedding has not been made or changed. At this time, you can see orange seeds on the bed and mineral water bottle caps on the floor. I thought they would come to clean the room later, so I didn't pay too much attention, put my luggage aside and went out. When I came back in the evening, the orange seeds on the bed were on the floor, and the bottle caps were still in place. Then when I was about to soak in the hot spring, there was no stopper in the hot spring pool. I informed the front desk. After a while, I brought two stoppers in and showed that they were not suitable, so I went to get another stopper. The shower in the bathroom was broken and could not be fixed, the floor drain was blocked, and the bath water flooded into the room. It was necessary to change rooms in the middle of the night. The door to this room cannot be locked. I originally booked a twin room with my children, but the front desk said there was no room available. There was a double room that needed to be cleaned temporarily. Was it cleaned temporarily? Mysterious operation. After waiting for about half an hour to change rooms, two engineering staff knocked on the door at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. I don't know how the front desk explained it. They didn't go to the repaired room to knock on the room I changed? After changing to a double bed room, I felt more cramped and uncomfortable to sleep in. Another disadvantage is that the bathroom and toilet are completely transparent and not frosted. It doesn't matter if you are a couple, but it is not very friendly to people with children, right? The temperature in the room is four or five degrees higher than the normal room temperature, which is too hot.
