Relax Hotel Casa Voyageurs Reviews

Not recommended! Housekeeping is terrible. We asked for towels and shower gel to be refilled 3 times but to no avail - was told housekeeping will come but never came until we checked out. They said they had problems with housekeeping during checkin, but the problems persist until check out. We saw no one in housekeeping room. No shower gel to bath.

Please tell the housemaid named Nisha to behave well. I was very angry when she touched my selham with her dirty hands. I bought that selham with a high price so that I can face Allah with my best clothes and always wear it when I am in a state of purity and ablution. And she casually touched my selham even though I forbade her to touch it, she still touched it.

the hotel is like 5 minutes walk from casa voyageur train station which makes it a good spot,it is also close to a little mall where u can have a look around and do some shopping

Overall ok only that there was delay in payment from trip.com to hotel despite booking number has been given before our arrival. We nearly have to pay twice for the accomodation which was not acceptable. Hotel was kind enough to allow us to stay until the matter sorted out but it has ceeated inconvenience to us. Hope it does’t happen again.

Hotel location is near to Casa Voyageurs train station and shopping mall is downstairs, hence is convenient for tourists.

Great location, clean and check in very easy. Wifi is a little weak. Sometimes room service forgot towels but always quick to fix any problems. Easy to get taxi and also very easy walk to casa v station

It’s my second time come back to this hotel. A little bit electricity problem on my room and staff are eager to help to solve the problem and change ky room. Excellent service

Close to train station, good location. Clear room

The Hotel is very close to the train station which is convenience. Also there is a mall next to the hotel which you can access supermarket / restaurants easily. overall the hotel is clean and the experience is nice.

Excellent location right next to the train station. Also right next to a shopping center with plenty of restaurants one minute walk very clean super friendly people would recommend.

It is my second time to stay in Relax Hotel, very good location and nearby train station (Casa Voyageur), next door is shopping center with supermarket and restaurants. We can take train from airport to Casa Voyageur, it will cost 30mins and MAD50, which is much cheaper than taxi.

Located just beside the mall, and 5 mins to the train station..
