I had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. The room was not clean enough and lack of maintenance, pungent cigarette smell from towel and cigarette buds found at door step of the chalet room, staff was nice and keen to help, view was good.

The room that assigned supposed to be 1 queen bed and 2 single beds, yet we were assigned to 2 queen beds. The staff did help to change to the room we're requested. But the room that assigned to us were at the rear corner, so we choose to still stayed at the 1st room they put us in. The water were flooded inside the shower due to inbalance floor inside the shower and everytime we are showering the water will leak to outside the shower room.
