One of the best Osen experience to relex after a hard day of skiing. Restaurant's dinner is delicious and affordable.

Hotel is clean and nice. Locate nearby Furano JR station and convenience stores. Outdoor onsen is superb! If you go to this hotel, don’t missed it! They’re a lot of amenities and ice cream, yogurt, massage chairs and ramen for all guests. They’re also have private onsen 3 rooms for hotel guests. However, there are many of visitors who are not comply with rules of public bath and violated some rules ie. throw snow during bath or playing phone in dressing room.

Honestly, I expected more from this hotel at this price. The room is ultimately small and it could barely open a 22-inch suitcase! I need to step on my companions suitcase in order to get through the corridor of the room Yet it is still a good hotel that provides private hot spring places. Yet it depends on the self-discipline of the other guest as they might stay longer than the hotel's regulation. Free ices, drinks, and lots of manga were provided at the hot spring place. There are also night soba which just don't expect the quality of it.

One of my best stays in Hokkaido. Chose to stay here for my visit to Furano/Biei due to the raving reviews I saw online and it lived up to my expectations. Great amenities and facilities - both public and private onsen rooms available, free ice-cream/popsicles/yakult as well ramen between 10-11pm for supper. And not forgetting the amazing breakfast buffet spread.

Have a good view of the mountain range from the room. Generally a decent stay for a night.

Best public bath in hokkaido with hot bath, cold bath and sauna. Free ramen supper after bath was nice to have. Buffet bfast was good.

It's quite enjoyable to have the welcome pudding by sitting in the sofa to enjoy the great scene of Mount Furano. Plenty of parking spaces available.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location in the small town of Furano which is close to trains, buses, restaurants and supermarkets. The free onsen in the hotel was really nice with outdoor and indoor pools. The breakfast was very good and cheaper than Sapporo. The selection was amazing with a lot of Japanese as well as western food. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us book a tour to see several lavender fields, blue pond and the waterfall. The bus group tour was very nice except the guide only speaks Japanese.

Excellent stay, the room was smaller than I expected but there were so many things to do outside the room it didn't bother us. 3 different private onsen and free popsicles. Dinner was Italian pasta at first but when I told the front desk that we don't fancy pasta and can't take it for the 3 dinners included in the stay, one staff kindly agreed to speak to the kitchen and offered us pizza instead. Thank you for her kindness. An earlier staff told us no change was possible and we were quite upset as we didn't expect to be eating Italian when visiting Japan. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the onsen and scenery. The staffs were really kind to consider our feedback.

Excellent hotel with great onsen and staff service. We got a free upgrade to supreme twin room at Checkin even the hotel was quite full. We were very impressed with the room, the 3 private and public onsens and all the refreshments such as ice cream, popsicles, yakult pre midnight ramen and coffee orange juice and tea provided throughout the day and night during the stay. Front desk staff speak good English and very helpful. The rooms bedding is comfortable except the pillows were a bit hard. Onsen was excellent with both indoor and outdoor and sauna. We are pleased with the hotel parking next to hotel and very pleased with the stay. Greatly recommend!

Despite i booked in Trip.com for 2 adults and 2 kids (10 & 12), which i showed to the hotel staff, they insist that i only booked for 3 and they insist to charge me extra 1 kid for 4,500 yen, needless to say i paid 5,000 and walk off as i am not sure whether it was trip.com was a scam or the hotel staff are beggars trying to earn extra DESPITE ishowed them many times my booking was 2+2. I booked a room for RM524 and they insisted i pay extra like robbers / beggars additional RM150 (the additional 5,000 yen i paid and walk off) whick make my total payment RM674. I hope there is some compensationto me from trip.com for their failure to deal with the hotel or unless the hotel staff are bunch of scam. SO, BEWARE YOU MIGHT HAVE TO FORK OUT ADDITIONAL from these bunch of scams from the hotel and not what was agreed with the booking via trip.com

A very value-for-money hotel with free ramen, ice popsicles and even private baths for use. The wait for private baths were reasonably timed. Room is clean too.

Minutes from JR, it was the best hotel i stayed during my trip. The night ramen was something that I looked forward to. The onsen was great. The queue to the private onsen could have done with some system to track the timing. The breakfast is very good. Japan hospitality at one of its best.
