Great location on the Wharf and very clean, spacious rooms. The two issues: 1) the service at the front desk and with the valet is quite poor, and 2) the amenities are becoming outdated. The spa (Exhale) is nice, but hotel guests need to pay $60 for a pass to use the sauna and steam. It is not included in the room rate.

This hotel is located in the safest area in Boston, facing the sea, with a good view! However, the facilities are relatively old, and the service is really hard to describe. I feel that several front desks are incomprehensible and sloppy; they have paid in full in advance and have been repeatedly informed, and the room fee has been swiped twice. If there is no instant message on the credit card , will muddle along in a daze, I am really convinced, and I have no apologies for making mistakes, and I have fully felt the maddening casualness and sloppyness, and the service is poor!
