The staff were polite, easy to understand, and very friendly. We could see Fukuyama Castle from our room, which was lit up at night, so it was nice to see the view. Fukuyama Station is very close by and there are so many restaurants that it was hard to choose. The only thing that bothers me is that we could hear people talking until late at night, probably because it was close to Fukuyama Station and it was a weekend. It may have just been someone shouting. I would like to use this hotel again when I go to Fukuyama.
