Among the accommodations I've stayed at while traveling in Japan, this one was the most spacious, clean, and nice! I plan on coming here again next time I come to Fukuoka~ I had a bit of trouble checking in, but I was able to quickly resolve it by connecting with a staff member who spoke Korean via video callㅎㅎ I highly recommend this to anyone planning a trip to Fukuoka~!

Self-service check-in and check-out are required, but the procedures are complicated and time-consuming. If you have any questions, you can only use cam to communicate with the staff. 入住嘅時候要慎重考慮，trip.com訂購，酒店沒有發送我電郵QR code及六位數字驗證碼，無法順利入住，酒店係自助形式沒有人幫忙，聯繫返佢客服用很多時間溝通，客服只懂日語及要用日本號碼致電才可找到客服，床單有污跡，酒店12點會鎖上正門要掃QR code才知道密碼進入，真的不方便，下一次都不會選擇這一間！
