Hotel is just few minutes walk from Hakata Station Chikushi Exit. We booked a twin room for one night, space is fine to open two big luggages. Overall clean and comfortable. There's a convenience store right opposite of the hotel. Breakfast is buffet style, serving Japanese food.

Good location for overnight stay. Hotel on the older side but good for price and convenience.

Location was close to Hakata main station, accessible to travel anywhere..staffs are all accommodating..I like that each floor has a drink vending machine so if your lazy to go out just buy it there😊

Good location, close to Hakata station.

The hotel may be a little dated for some but we liked it. A reliable, clean and convenient hotel. Within walking distance from Hakata train station, bus terminal, and on the side of the train station where many tour groups meet. Lots of food at the nearby malls, station and bus terminal. Supermarket at the Yobadashi store level 4. The room had a wall projector which was unique.

Very nice hotel with super good service! It's cheap but they have almost everything you need. A clean room, abundant amenities and friendly staff! Would definitely come again

Great location just minutes from Hakata station. Rooms weren't large but adequate for a short stay. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout the hotel which was an unexpected treat since many lodging facilities have become less and less service oriented. Looking forward to our next stay at Toyo Hotel.

The hotel location is very good and convenient for shopping and food. The hotel is clean and tidy. There is facial lotion, skin care products available for customers. However, there is no shower cap for the ladies or women.

The male receptionist of the hotel provided bad service and he looked at me at check-in without saying anything, The staff should give us advice on what to do when checking in , Please give importance to the service.

Near Hakata station, clean and good service. I will book again next time.
