I really go there every time I come to Japan. It's really healing in itself. It was so good. You can also use the hot springs.

The sea-view room is spacious and bright, the service is very good, and the breakfast and dinner are rich and delicious! The only drawback is that the facilities are too old, the bed is uncomfortable, and the quilt cover is easy to fall off, so I can't sleep well!

The hotel is very big. The hot spring is on the second floor. It has an open-air pool and an indoor pool. The bathhouse is very large. The hotel is right on the seaside, and the room window faces the sea. The view is excellent, and you can go for a walk and swim on the seaside. The hotel's swimming pool is only open every afternoon. We arrived at the hotel at 6pm and checked out at 10am the next day, so we were not able to swim in the pool. Breakfast and dinner are rich! We have two children (3 and 8 years old), the 3-year-old is free, and the 8-year-old has to pay 8,000 yen (including breakfast, dinner and accommodation). There was no bottle of water in the room, but a bottle of ice water was prepared. There is no bathtub in the room, so you must go to the large bath to take a bath. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer for 200 yen each time.

This is a hotel located on the seaside of a small island. Because it faces west, the scenery of the sunset is very beautiful when the weather is good. All rooms face the sea, and it is very healing to look at the sea view from the room. They have a very rich buffet dinner. It is well worth visiting this hotel to enjoy the peaceful island atmosphere.

Very comfortable stay

I only used the hot spring for a day trip. 700 yen for adults. I think this is probably the only hot spring in the area. You can't see the Gili Sea from the men's bath, but the open-air bath is very comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo, and hair dryer are provided. I think towels were available for rental.

From our room, we could see the lush blue ocean and white waves of the Genkai Sea 20 meters away from the window. The soft sound of the waves could be heard from the room, creating a blissful moment that made us forget our daily lives. We wanted to sit on the sofa by the window and spend the whole day gazing at the ocean with my wife, without needing a TV or radio. This was the kind of feeling we wanted to have at this lodging for adults and couples. As we had booked a cheaper plan for meals, there was a buffet for both breakfast and dinner, but even so, as middle-aged people like us, there was more than we could eat, with sashimi, grilled fish, deep-fried foods, clams, fruit, bread, cake and other items. Most of all, in addition to miso soup, they also had Hakata zo-ni, which may have been a seasonal dish. What impressed us most was that, despite the size of this hotel, the entire building, from the outer garden, lobby, rooms, corridors and large public bath, was neatly and thoroughly cleaned. When my wife said to me as we were leaving, "We'd like to come again," I nodded and truly agreed.

I ordered an ice cream sold in this lobby. There are many payment amounts displayed, and we point out the mistakes. Then I was told that I could not cancel because I had already cut the card by mistake. (In the first place, the ice cream itself hadn't been made yet.) It's troublesome, but I should have been able to cancel with a credit card, and there should have been a way to get a refund in cash, but I was stuck with "I can't do it"... It was a new lady with an in-training badge. Did you not learn it in training, or did you forget it, or did you just say "I'm sorry, I can't do it" because it's troublesome? There was a person at the front desk, but he didn't go to ask. If you don't know, at least I wanted you to talk to someone. Every time I look back on my fun trip, I remember this incident and feel sad.
