Just 5 mins walk from exit of train station from airport line. Staffs are English speaking and friendly. We deposit our luggages first as we arrived around noon for checkin is 3pm. Free coffee available 24h near lobby resting area. Compared to their branch II, which is slightly further, less option of tea given. For both breakfast are good and convenient from train station.

The 24h coffee machine at the lounge was very good for quick breakfast before setting off. Asked the receptionist to help speak Japanese in my call to make dinner reservations the next day outside of Fukuoka; she declined. :＜ My request for additional water was also declined, as the 2 water bottles provided by the hotel were very small. Anyway, loved the location of the hotel (5min walk from Hakata Chikushi exit) and cleanliness.

The room is clean. Bath tub size is acceptable. Staff presented instructions clearly.

I was travelling first time to Fukuoka with my elderly mum so we wanted a hotel stay near to the Hakata train station. Oh this hotel is located very near to the hotel and within 2 min walk! There are family mart opoosite and also next to the hotel. There is also an airport bus stop nearby to the hotel. We like this hotel because the room we stayed in was very spacious and we loved the shower, very refreshing experience. Their 24 hr coffee machine at the hotel lobby was fantastic for coffee lovers.

Stayed here for the second time during the trip and valued the location of the hotel very much. Good for shopping & eating at hakata station (esp at amu est side) and for its proximity (less than a minute’s walk) to the airport bus which brought us directly to the international airport terminal, departure level (vs taking the subway to the domestic terminal and then taking a free shuttle to the international terminal). Unique too that the room comes with a massage pillow!

The hotel is very conveniently located next to the Hakata train station and bus terminal etc.

Love the place. Very close to Hakata station and all the minimarts. Spacious considering it's in Japan. Very clean very efficient regarding checking in and out. Free coffee in the lobby is also very nice.

The location is good, near the metro station. Room is good for two people (big enough), but it will be better to have tableware in the room.

Can’t ask for a better location as the hotel is literally at the exit of Hakata station and had 2 Family Mart downstairs. The room was very spacious at 18m2 with ample space for a suitcase and had a massage chair in it. There was a lobby area with free coffee for guests to relax in. Service was ok, we didn’t have much interaction. There is no noise from being near a busy station at all. The only issue was the housekeeping as we would find our disposable empty coffee cups and other trash still in the room though we requested for garbage or housekeeping to be thrown away.

Strongly recommended for those who like to stay near to the subway, the hotel is just opposite the Hakata station. Surprised to hv a big bath rub in the room at such a prime location. Staff are friendly! Will Choose to stay here again if travel to Hakata next round.

It’s just steps away from Hakata Station, which makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean, well-designed, and comfortable — a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring. However, two drawbacks to note: the hotel does not offer on-site parking, which can be inconvenient if you’re driving. Additionally, the front desk staff were less helpful than expected — communication was a bit rigid and service felt transactional rather than warm. That said, if you’re prioritizing location and a comfortable room, this hotel still delivers good value. Just be prepared to sort out logistics like parking on your own.
